This home was built in 1920 and has an abundance of character ! Original hardwood floors. High ceilings. Convenient location to downtown businesses, dining, shopping, college and attractions. House will be vacant.The 2nd floor is for storage purposes only and no one is permitted to venture upstairs. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!Request for early check in will come with early checking fee of $30. I love pets. However, you must clean up after your pets. A vacuum cleaner is available 100% of the time during your stay. Heavily shedding pets need to be cleaned up after. Also, the upstairs is off limits. Please do not allow your pets to wonder upstairs.There arent many outlets in this house. Beware. No shoes in house. :) She is old with original hardwood floors. Lets preserve her!Please BAG ALL trash and either take it with you or place in black trash can outside.
