ホテルスタッフは非常に感じが良かったが、設備のふるさと清潔さ、快適さに難あり。 ホテルにドライバー用の宿泊施設があることもあり、ドライバーに勧められて予約したものの、次は泊まりたくない •隣の部屋が玄関前のスペースで宴会していて騒がしかったため、部屋交換を依頼。移動後も外でカラオケしているためうるさかった •シャワールームにゴキブリみたいな虫の死骸があった •シャワールームが下水のような匂いがした •シャワーはお湯がいつまで経っても出なかった •ビュッフェの種類、味はイマイチ •景色は抜群に良い

Wow what a beautiful hotel that I have ever seen in my life. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Ella as well as to the train station. This is a fantastic hotel. Out door of the hotel was tidy,friendly atmosphere, safer for our kids.Our rooms were very comfortable.The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. We planned to stay only for one night stay but we stayed for 3 days because the staff was very Friendly staff and fantastic service that we got from the maintenance staff too.The food was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. I Hope the chef is doing a great job. A very special thanks goes to the hotel General Manager Mr. Tony for giving us this nice experience and the best service that i have ever had in my entire life. Cheers for another stay at your place.
