Beautiful view from the room. One of the best possible locations of the city having breathtaking views from the balcony. Big Junior Suit room. Big Washroom. Superb Balcony. Infinity Pool. Lovely food.Staffs are very cooperative. Enjoyed a lot.

we group of 18 stayed 2 days in this place. amazing view.nice clean room. very supporting staff. chef Nimal prepared some excellent food. we were in HB basis. so didnt go for out. there are nice restaurant outside.excellent service.highly recommended.

The first thing you see is the amazing view. Then you go to your rooms and you are wowed by the size! But the view is the main feature!! Ever changing and you can even have a swim without breaking the view! Most rooms (maybe all!?) have the view and even the restaurant/bar have the same outlook! We were traveling in a tour bus which couldn’t take us to the door due to thin steep roads but tuk tuks do the job and it’s way fun travelling up that way!!

Amazing views! Hotel is up a little hill, easily accessed by taxis or tuk tuks. The view from the pool and our room and balcony was unreal! Beautiful nature all around, including a waterfall. The staff were very friendly. The pool is lovely for a dip or to lounge beside with a cocktail or book. It’s a boutique hotel so theres not too many people around the pool. The food was tasty with friendly waiters. Our room was huge with an amazing view and big balcony and chairs. There was a slight stale smell of cigarettes in it though. Ella is a cool town with a nice buzz about it. There’s lots of attractions to visit nearby.

Firstly we would like to thank the staff who work at this hotel and provided excellent and professional service to us at all times during our stay. Mr Shammika (manager) Natinda (reception) and Kearth (restaurant). The hotel is located in the mountainside in Ella. The views are spectacular. If you dine in the hotel restaurant you can relax while viewing the beautiful Sri Lankan countryside and the nearby waterfall. The hotel is near the railway line which leads to the Nine Arches. The breakfast menu was very varied and could be pre booked the night before for a set time and menu. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and clean , however some of the furnishings require some small upgrades.

A wonderful experience from check-in to check out. The staff were wonderful and the hotel facilities and location and views were amazing. The staff in reception were so helpful and guided us on things to do and not do. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this to family and friends.
