Morning Dew Boutique Hotel Ella

The hotel is on top of a steep hill near Ella town, with a spectacular view from the bedroom overlooking a large waterfall. A large room with coffee and tea facilities, comfortable beds and very clean and with beautiful wooden furniture. What you should keep in mind is that due to its location, this hotel is not suitable for people who are not fit and have knee problems. Also, road up is slippery when it rains. Now they have a shuttle that can pick you up and also take you down in between but the shuttle runs until 18:00. Sometimes the driver may be there later than 18:00 for new guests arriving and then they can pick you up. We asked a couple of Tuk Tuks if they could take us up (it wasn't raining) but they indicated they don't do that. So it is good to know that Tuk Tuks cannot reach the hotel and especially not when it is wet because it is too steep.

Malith is an incredible bartender with outstanding service and the best cocktails in town! If you want amazing drinks, visit Morning Dew Hotel or One Love Bar. A true gem—friendly, skilled, and passionate! He is also very helpful whenever you ask him question about the town!

Shehan was great, helped us out with the shuttle. Hotel is on a steep incline but the shuttle can handle it no problem. Liked the stunning views of Ella Rock and Adam’s Peak. You can also apparently see the sunrise but we weren’t so lucky since a lot of fog the day we went. Clean rooms, great hotel breakfast and dinner.

First class stay and shehan and saniya were exceptionally helpful. We look forward to visting again. The roof top swimming pool is amazing and the views are really breathtaking. We hope yo visit again in the near future. Thank you forlooking after us on our holiday.

Awesome view from rooftop pool and restaurant. Steap walk from town but they have a shuttle available. Easy enough to get to nine arch bridge and little Adams peak. Friendly staff who were keen for a chat and provide information. Breakfast was great. Wish I had a chance to stay longer.

Lovely hotel stet high in the hills with wonderful views. Very good standard throughout the hotel supported by professional and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool on hotel roof. Close to town, walk able but steep climb up to the hotel. hotel does provide a courtesy taxi service.
