Royal Nidri Hotel & Apartments

The Royal Nidri is a beautiful hotel that is well looked after and spotlessly clean. It is beautifully presented and well furnished. It has a fantastic pool and bar area with plenty of sun loungers available. We had a beautiful room, cleaned every day by Sofia, we had fresh towels daily and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The room was very well equipped, ideal for our needs. The bathroom was large and airy and the bed was very comfortable. The lovely lady owner, Chrissa, made us feel very welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay. Her son, Dimitri, looks after the bar, where everyone is made welcome. The hotel is ideally situated on a quiet side street located near the main street and harbour with its many bars and restaurants and is close to the beach. We had such a lovely stay that we have already booked for next year and look forward to our return to this gem of an hotel.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and clean! The pool was a great size and there are plenty of sun beds. We had bed and breakfast and it was delicious. The hotel offers food and drinks from the bar and I highly recommend it for lunch! All in all the hotel was fabulous I will definitely be suggesting this to friends and family

Spent a week in a studio room here. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean whilst the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Great drinks, lovely pool and bar area. Food was excellent too. Really close to the Main Street of the resort. If I was going to Nidri again, I’d definitely return here

Brilliant weeks stay in a studio. Large room and comfortable bed - great air conditioning and handy small kitchenette should you want to self cater- (would be nice to have a walk in shower but shower over bath was fine). Breakfast was delightful ( some bread rolls would have been a bonus). Staff are all very friendly and hotel spotless. Pool lovely. The fact the hotel is off the main strip is great - a nice rural feel yet 2 min walk to Nydri’s abundance of great tavernas and bars yet still got the feel of unspoilt compared to Spanish resorts and larger Greek resorts. Taking the ferry to Meganísi ( Spartochori) is a must! If travelling with Jet 2 Holidays - please IGNORE the building work letter- this is a small villa at rear of hotel and no noise at all despite the work taking place plus the hotelier is very hospitable in giving you a balcony not overlooking it - however if you did it would mean a wonderful view of the green mountains and rural outlook so no problem. All in all a fabulous stay!

Simply The best hotel in town! Small cosy lots of Dutch people. The owners are the best! So helpfully with everything. Location perfect, lunch and drinks good. Staff very very friendly. Really recommend this hotel in Nidri!!

Wonderful week at the Royal Nidri. Very warm welcome by the host- this is a small luxurious family run hotel. The place is kept spotless and they must have an amazing maintenance team as the place looks new. Room was bigger than any we have had in Greece previously, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the finished and decor, and little extras (Pool Towels, Robes, Slippers, soap, boy wash, water in fridge) We errr self caring but had breakfast on one day. Lovely wide choice of continental plus section of freshly prepared hot items, cooked to order. Food around the pool was also of high quality and a good variety. Communism areas always spotless, pool area felt tranquil even though hotel was full. Great location, flat 100m walk to main road where you will find great selection of bars and restaurants. Beach only 5 minute walk. Staff were all fab, warm, welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping cleaned our room to high standard daily. Thank you RN. If we are eve in the area we will most definitely stay with you. Most definitely deserving of a higher star rating, hope you will achieve this soon.
