Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

Excellent all around. Room was perfect, hotel is classy, staff was courteous at every turn. The hotel is located close to the base of the mountain, and at the end of a street with tons and tons of restaurants.

The whole environment was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was great. We are on vegan diet and the chef could customise food for us which tasted great. It was definitely a great experience there.

Great resort. Rooms are excellent with great Mountain Views. Service is good too; special thanks to  Yeats小袁. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to hotel.

First time staying here and everything is perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is amazing and delicious.

There is room for improvements for pre-arrival communications with guests in English. The cake i received for my birthday is not nice, i would prefer to have a slice of good quality cake than a small cake which taste poor. Breakfast has met my expectations, wide in variety and good in taste, i especially liked the black stir fry noodles with vegetables. Egg station chef skills has to improve though - i didn’t like the taste of my customised scrambled eggs. Love the variety of drinks selections - especially the grape juice! Housekeeping forgot to put bath salts and one time use bathtub cover in our room.

I had an exceptional experience at Le Meridien Emei Mountain Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Beka, who made both my check-in and check-out processes seamless and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I arrived, Beka greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that I felt right at home. The check-in was quick, efficient, and she took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, including local tips for visiting Mount Emei, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with excellent facilities. Thank you Le Meridien Emei for making my visit so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning!

The best 5 star hotel at Emei. Friendly and heart warming service from staff , great facility with hot spring access. Highly recommand. We had great time at the restaurant, fine wine, steak & grill. Family & pet friendly. Le Meridien品牌一如以往的優秀，我們是臨時在另一家酒店轉到這的，前台Lynn美女温暖友善，讓我們在峨眉山感受到温馨舒適的體驗，體貼的安排了房型樓層，更為我們準備了出門美食指南，真的太貼心了。就算淡季酒店生意都很好，早餐自助餐豐富，家庭友善。

服务：as always I like the China Marriott team service and warm hospitality. This 峨眉山恒邦艾美 hotel particularly outstanding as compared to my previous stay at various hotel. Nice view from the balcony , breakfast selection good . Good room size , location is good with plenty of local restaurants nearby . Bathroom shower area needs to be better cleaned , floor a little slimy . Wish they have a common laundry area like so many hotels in Chengdu , making it more convenient for us who traveled light . Overall our experience in this hotel is better than the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou.

I had a wonderful time in the meridien once again, which is my favorite hotel in emeishan. This time I had a marvelous room for a spapacious was a view to the mountains and the wild and wonderful balcony. Lynn Wu helped us to prepare trip to the Baogoa Monastery and on the second day to the Emeishan golden summit, which was very helpful. It was a great experience.

I stayed in this hotel with two other people, and the room was surprisingly big and clean. It’s designed to accommodate up to four people comfortably, but even with three of us, we still had our own privacy space. The layout was well thought out, making it a great option for small groups or families. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
