Friendly front desk and provide us room upgrade with higher floor and amoke free room. Onsen temperautre 38degree C just nice, hotel breakfast have a lot varierty and taste good.

The hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful especially Ms. Lina - the receptionist at lobby! We get our late check out because we have to wait our group from Mount Emei while we stayed to accompany my mom and she also helped me to buy birthday cake to surprise my brother! Really appreciate that Lina🫶! Thanks. Sure will stay again at Hampton when I come back!

Super nice staff! They are super friendly and the room is really nice. The air conditioning is a bit strong and the room is naturally stuffy, so I would just open the window if you have any issues. They also gave me two panda-themed luggage tags as a gift upon departure! The lady who drove me to the train station (free train station pick-up/drop-off at Emeishan and Emei) was so sweet and nice. She arrived on time, had a very clean car, and called me to confirm when she was coming and such after the front desk helped me make the receptionist. It's a free service and very appreciated!

Beautiful place. Comfortable bed. Outdoor onsen indoor swimming pool! Eatery from just across the hotel. A relaxing place to rest after all the hiking and walking.

Booked for the hot springs which were great, very spacious and relaxing environment. Small indoor swimming pool but also a nice temperature for a relaxing swim. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for solo travellers eating dinner because food can only be ordered in large portions via an app catering for two or more people. Also a shame there is a robot and no human interaction if you want a coffee. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, robots are not! Easy access on foot to Exiu Lake and a short distance further to the mountain entrance.

This was our second visit, we were happy and very please with the service and the helpfulness of the front counter personnel. Last time I complained about the cigarettes smell, this time no more, not even the drapes If there is one issue to complain, it gonna be the internet. Can’t even get connected. I thot my granny can run faster

Very relaxing place. Conveniently located near the Mount Emei tourist center.

We got what we wanted, a peaceful, comfortable room for three of us, a swimming pool, hot springs were extra bonus, plus western breakfast... big shops outside...not far from Emeishan mountain, Leshan...we enjoyed.

Hotel was nice, pretty modern. We just needed a overnight stay and it was adequate.

What a wonderful experience to enjoy the hot spring outside the hotel in winter. We love it.

A little let down. Location only have few restaurant and mart. Everything was just average. Not really worth the price.
