Great house for snowmobiling Great house for snowmobiling. Its an older home with simple furnishings but its exceptionally clean. Everything is in great shape and functions well. New on demand water heater so never run out of hot water. Washer and dryer were clean and worked perfectly. Linens were abundant, clean, and in good shape. Shower is clean and has great pressure. Plenty of room for gear and space to get geared up and down. Def room for one truck and at least a 4 place right in front. Could probably fit more if needed. Also it is right across the street from one of the bar/restaurants in town which is convenient. But was still quiet and patrons were respectful of the neighborhood. Checkin was a breeze and communication with the homeowner and the host was fantastic. Its not a new luxury home, but everything was extremely well taken care of and everything functioned properly. For the price they charge you cant beat it and will be very happy, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Encampment Oasis Small house, equipment with everything you're need for a home like visit. Property was very clean, well stocked and warm, I felt very comfortable and really enjoyed my stay.

Would stay again Good spot in town and was nice and clean. Hot shower and grilling a steak on back patio were just right after long day out in the field hunting.

Puzzling experience The property was accurately represented by the photos on the site. I rented this for members of our family as an additional place to stay while visiting the area. My parents live in and are well established in this town but additional housing adds to the comfort of the visit. My family members were surprised to be approached by the host upon arrival with additional paperwork AND an addtional fee for one person over "2" (there were 3 total). This was unexpected as the house clearly accomodates more that two people and we did not recall this being in any part of the agreement. We have traveled a lot have never been approached in this manner. This place was a place to stay but the hospitality left much to be desired. Not recommended.

Perfect for small group or family! The listing title says it all! Great hosts, cozy home, everything you need while traveling, and perfect location right near the center of town. Food and drink right outside the front door (if you decide not to use the kitchen). Encampment is such a beautiful town, with wonderful people, and our group had a wonderful time made possible by staying at Bob & Ros'. Thank You
