Location is very near to train station and M25, which is perfect for those who are coming by car. Overnight parking is available at minimal cost. Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice but the location was absolutely terrible. It was really cut off from the city and there no public transport available nearby.

Well don't book at Enfiekd lock Meal 3 course only at £25 each... no other alternative, altho it was Boxing Day. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag, making it ineffective. Room smelt of smoke despite obvious aggressive airing. Tragedy waiting to happen!!! Hallways stank of smoked ****. Smell of **** in the car park from people seen smoking from the window. Four out of six cars in disabled bays with no blue cards displayed. Following night... 3am a family is moved in in an opposite room with loads of screaming from the kids and shouting from the adults! Room was dusty. Eyes were stinging in the morning from it. Certainly wouldn't recommend this place. Staff were helpful was about the only possitive.

The receptionist Marjary (sorry if i spelt your name wrong) was lovely and very helpful. Room clean and comfy, we stayed one night and it was great for what we needed. I think this is the nicest Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Extra pillows in the room and breakfast place was nice.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, this particular branch is located in Enfield which is adjacent to a private carpark, hence PI patrons have to pay for parking, so be mindful of this if you plan to stay here. Also, housekeeping only left 1 towel in the bathroom so my partner had to go down to reception to fetch an extra towel. Improvements:- Free carpark and also housekeeping must take note on how many guest are actually staying in the rooms to ensure enough towels are available per guest.

On arrival we were greeted by marjan and lacy they were very friendly and welcoming marjan remembered us from are last visit Later on we met yasw again he was very pleased to see us have remembered us from last visit I would definitely recommend this premier inn to anyone

Decent bedroom, good staff. Disappointing to have to pay more for the car park outside and while there is an EV charger (by a third party) I was really upset to be charged a penalty for charging longer than 90 minutes (on the trickle charger!). Avoid Geniepoint but Premiere Inn were good.
