Went as part of a coach trip,very busy resturant.Our party was last to be served, food served on cold plates,very beige .Vegetables not delivered till asked for half way through meal.Breakfast very poor again cold plates good did not look appertising. Asked for twin room was given family room,no handtowels or shower mat,no teaspoons just pieces of wood. Would not stay here again.

Spent a night here at the weekend. Had a lovely time. The Staff were kind and friendly. Special thanks to Helen on reception was able to assist with any questions l had. Two menu to choose from Thai and European. Both had good choices and good value. A brilliant band was preforming in the lounge. Great crowd and atmosphere. The carpark for the hotel wasn't available due to the weather so parked across from hotel. Get ticket on the way out and give to reception when departing and 5 euros. There is no time limit on the ticket which is good so one can enjoy a walk in the town. The TV was bad, no reception at all. Did ask for help with it. Worth a visit.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional, from the room, to the dinner and to breakfast. Leisure centre is across the road and you are reimbursed for the pool if you keep your receipt which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast on the 3 mornings was quiet, the food was hot and fresh. Very well ran by the staff on each morning. I want to give a special mention to some of the staff, Paul the manager, is a great asset to any business, always ensured everything was ok and always wanted to have a chat. Sharon in reservations was fantastic from the moment we booked to when we left. Roisin in the bar, Sophie in reception and Milena (hope I spelled it right) in the Thai restaurant all deserve a special mention too. Keep up the good work, will definitely return if I find myself coming to Wexford again !

Stayed here recently as part of a coach trip with my Mum. It's a warm and friendly hotel in a good location for exploring Ireland, the food was excellent and plentiful, the service was very good and professional and the bar had a great atmosphere with live music. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. A lovely way to spend a couple of days in the area of Enniscorthy. Highly recommended!

We were on a national holidays 4 night break therefore some things at hotel may have been different as part of a package deal. I had booked a twin room requesting a quiet room we were given a 3rd floor family room. The hotel is situated in back streets so views are not good. We had view of boiler which did make a little noise over night but nothing concerning and I am a very light sleeper. Room - very basic and in need of some repair - we were cold on our first night so rang reception the lady came to room to set radiator but it never came on - it did warm up so no need for heating after this however the issue was trying to dry towels as they were not changed daily so had to use wet towels on a few occasions. TV hitty missy to whether it came on some days wouldn’t let us in. Full tray of coffee and tea facilities with kettle Hairdryer is in drawer along with ear plugs. Rooms are dark which can be good on a night to sleep. We twice had to ring for toilet paper as not filled up daily and it’s very poor quality. Service - mostly very nice staff. Some happier than others. Food - now here’s the 4 star rating overall as the food I would rate 5 star compliments to the chef here and the dining manager this dining room was very well ran and excellent quality. Not sure if the menu is the same for everyone who isn’t on coach trip but examples included of menu. Only pointer would have liked cold water with meals (it was tepid) and coffee was to strong for me. Entertainment / bar - entertainment was late so we only saw a little of a male singer and a female singer but both enjoyable. Nice ambiance in bar area Spa facilities - I had messaged both national holidays and hotel to check daughter could use pool and gym each morning for training both confirmed yes - when we arrived we were told it’s adults only until 9am this is the time we had to have our breakfast as told by hotel and had the excursions after this so we wanted to use before our breakfast and this resulted in not being able to swim at all as it’s adults only on evening to. Please be aware of this if pool:gym is a big factor in booking.
