Amazing stay with fabulous staff and such good food . We are on day 3 and loving it here. People who say the food is not good are talking out of their holes (bums if you are not Irish ) there is so much selection Such a wonderful place to stay and really close to the slopes

I really like my stay in this hotel during my daughter’s winter holiday. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Access to cable lifts pretty good quite close to hotel. Views of Monte Bianco /Monte Blanc amazing Very nice breakfast and dinner with good selections of wines. - of course if you need something really beautiful for dinner , chose recommended restaurants in neighborhoods.Staff is helpful and friendly. Specially thanks to waiters and one by of them Francesco - young and very promising waiter from Sicily . Two drawbacks : spa center and pool - this hotel requires definitely well organized this kind of activity and bigger pool - access by website is horrible. Second - the rooms with the windows viewing the road should have more soundproofing quality . TripAdvisor does not have Anyway truly recommend this hotel

The hotel itself was very nice. The food was very good, particularly the breakfast, there was a good selection to choose from. The swimming pool and spa areas (with several steam rooms and a sauna) were both excellent and beautifully presented. The rooms were excellent with a large bathroom/shower area. That said, I found that my bed was too narrow to get a good nights sleep on, and unfortunately a lack of sleep always mars an experience. If the beds were wider, I couldn't fault the experience.

Fantastic Dining Experience at TH Courmayeur During our stay at TH Courmayeur, we had an amazing dining experience, thanks to Francesco’s exceptional service. My wife,kaylie, is a coeliac, and he went above and beyond to ensure she was well taken care of, making us feel completely at ease. The food was outstanding—the prawns were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the gluten-free pasta was some of the best we’ve had. Finding great gluten-free options can be challenging, but this restaurant truly delivered. A huge thank you to Francesco and the team for their care and hospitality. If you’re in Courmayeur, this is a must-visit!

I have never before reviewed a hotel, but after my experience here i feel the need to warn future guests about the reality of this hotel. Although every thing looks legit from the outside as soon as you check in, the adventure begins… Day 1 We checked in after a long day of skiing, the receptionist informs us there is a ski room with heated lockers. Great we think. We placed our gear in the locker but where unable to lock it with the card, went to reception to ask for help and was given a new card. Tried again with no result. I went up and down from reception to basement three times. In the end we gave up and left it unlocked. The next day everything was still wet so not sure about the heating aspect of the locker. In the afternoon we informed the reception that our room was cold. The receptionist assured us that he would make sure it was warm. The temperature never changed until we checked out. In the evening we went to the restaurant as we had booked half-board, dinner and breakfast. We where seated in an empty room at a very awkward table overlooking the kitchen door, but ok. We sat there for a while looking at each other and looking for the buffet we had booked. After asking the waiter he told us it was in the next rooms. So we left our table and started searching. What we discovered was a very strange restaurant layout stretching across three different rooms as was the buffet. The food was bellow average, especially for the price of 45 euro per person. There was no atmosphere, no music just an awkward silence. It felt like eating in a hospital waiting room or something. Our room was in the front of the hotel, and very noisy at night from the traffic bellow. Day 2 We go down for breakfast, not a great variety or quality. they can’t make an omelette the fried eggs are cold, no fresh juice generally everything is very bland. At this point we have lost hope and aren’t even surprised any more. After skiing we thought the spa would be a good idea. We booked our slot as we where told and headed there. We got in the elevator and pressed the -1 button which corresponded to the wellness area. But of course nothing it straight forward at the TH Courmayeur. As the elevator door opened we saw the kinder-garden in front of us, we immediately thought we had landed on the wrong floor but after double-checking we where actually at -1. So we continued down the hall and opened the door in front of us, inside was a conference room full of people. We where in our robes… After asking a member of staff where the spa is she answered in Italian, luckily someone from the conference translated for us. (I cant believe I’m writing this) We had to go up a floor, walk trough the restaurant and reception (in our robes) to get another lift to -1. Finally we get to the spa, the receptionist looked at us and told us that under no circumstances can we enter the spa wearing slippers. A great hotel and excellent food. location is better for more advanced skiers as Val Vany lift nearby but the slopes can be icy in the morning. Learners need to get a bus into Courmayer to get to ski school and hotel shuttle only goes to Val Vany lift.

A few things you should know before booking this hotel. You need to book the use of the pool and you inly have 1 hour. Bathing caps are mandatory. The restaurant is expensive 90 euros for two for dinner and it feels like a cafeteria and the food is not of great quality. The meat feels like is it rationed. Many great places in town to eat . The temperature if the rooms is centrally controlled. If you visit in the summer be prepared to sleep in a room that is 24 degrees. The staff are nice and accommodating. The is parking for a small fee in their garage. The views of Monte Bianco are spectacular from this hotel and 500 meters from the Skyway.

Nasty, rude staff, poor facilities, false advertising, never again !!!!!! Could not use pool or gym, poor choice of food, very expensive, nothing close by, no aircon, extremely noisy, manager not avaiable or not interested , waste of money , very dissapointing

Hotel was last minute booking but turned out to be great value. Location a little out of town so car is useful but virtually brand new with great spa facilities. Hotel was a great find and would definitely look to stay again

Really nice hotel and good location for the ski lift. Big rooms, clean, nice food and very friendly staff with good English. Just some way from the centre if you were planning to go out on the town in the evening.

Booked this trip back at the start of 2023 after looking at a number of hotels in and around the Courmayeur area and knowing the area pretty well from a few trips there before, I wanted something that covered a fair few boxes. We booked a Bed, Breakfast and Dinner offering for 5 nights. First thing I will say from other reviews I saw is that this is not technically Courmayeur (and I do agree with that) but this is offset but the fact it is 300m from the Val Veny lift to the ski area and they do now have a free shuttle that runs in the day between the two locations so if you are not up for walking, its there for you. Its a 3 minute drive into town where all the other restaurants, bars and shops are, so unless all you want to do is go out and drink then consider this. If you are wanting late entertainment , its 400m from Shatush which is one of the better late spots anyway so to be fair it was convenient for this. Our room was a double with a large bed, newly decorated and a view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. The room temp took a bit of getting used to but wasn't a massive issue as it was -10/14 whilst we were there. The bathroom and shower area were clean, well presented and modern and the shower was great. The only thing I would say is a negative on the bedroom is that there wasn't an Iron or Ironing board and I would expect this. With both breakfast and dinner included, it helped keep our spend down and to add dinner wasn't majorly expensive so I would say it was worth it. It was a different menu every evening and you received a choice of buffet starters and one choice from the first and then second courses, and a desert menu also. The food was a real mix and showed a number of speciality dishes from the region. For included food on a B.B,D menu, the dinner was good and we were happy with it. The breakfast is a standard hotel buffet so whilst I wasn't blown away, it was good enough. It doesnt start until 0730 though so for some , this might be a little late. The wait staff in the restaurant spoke great English to offset my lack of Italian and were friendly. A good point from the experience was the Spa Area. A really nice outdoor pool and second indoor pool alongside a great spa with large sauna and 2 different style steam rooms, with a number of relaxation areas, were great after a day on the piste. All booked via the hotels app made it easier also. One slight negative is that the ski boot room didn't open until 0830 each day so if you wanted to get on the first lifts etc, you were a bit tight for time. But you got a fully locked storage area for each room, rather than a communal space for equipment. If you are going for skiing, download the Courmayeur app as its great for checking the piste status, has some good challenges on there and you can use it for GPS to track your ski/board session if you don't have strava etc. Other things like Wifi were good, and parking if you use the underground parking, is 16 euros per day, but when

The hotel was clean, staff was nice. The hotel was walking distance of everything like the ski slopes, mont blanc. There are local restaurants didn't use it though. Got a rent a helicopter section. The breakfast isn't the best at the hotel but the dinner was good, small portions though.

Very good location for skiing, the ski lift Val Veny was few hundreds meters away but very good shuttle bus service was offered and included into price, dinner was very nice with huge variety of selection.

This hotel is the perfect destination for an amazing family ski holiday! Our party consisted of two families including children from 9yrs - 17yrs and everyone had a great time. We don’t understand the few negative reviews on here and need to set the record straight. This hotel is not in the centre of Courmayeur, however, we knew that at the time of booking and now that we have stayed at the hotel, we would still return rather than staying in the village. We did walk to the village for shopping and lunch. There is a public bus which will take 5-10mins. We booked half board which was great as the whole family enjoyed fantastic Italian food. Breakfast was perfect, everything you need and more, we enjoyed pre and post dinner drinks in the bar every evening and the staff were very friendly, especially Celeste who was very attentive and friendly. The evening meal was cooked to a high standard with buffet appetisers / salads then a choice of starters and main course. There’s also a separate children’s menu which more than satisfied their taste buds! They have an extensive wine list including many local first class wines. The hotel makes the ski experience very convenient. There’s a ski hire shop in the basement which has good quality equipment and they are very helpful. The hotel has first class ski heated lockers, however, we opted for the amazing ski storage located upstairs when you arrive at the top of Val Veny gondola. This is a free option if you rent from hotel basement shop. They also have another shop at the gondola. You can walk to the base station of the Val Veny gondola, however the hotel makes it much easier with a free shuttle bus in the mornings and afternoons. This hotel has it all as a venue. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, good quality restaurant, great bar area to relax with live music, amazing spa and pool which was free to use with our booking. We must mention the hotel staff, especially the general manager, bar staff namely Celeste, Manuel & Cosimo, restaurant staff namely Carmelo for his local wine recommendations. All the staff went above and beyond standard service levels. We would definitely 100% return to this hotel.

BEWARE!!!!!! Despite being called TH Courmayeur, this hotel is not actually in Courmayeur; it is in Val Veny, a very unremarkable valley which is a 40 mins walk away from Courmayeur with no amenities, other than a very disappointing hotel. Reasons for this disappointment are as follows: 1. Customer Service - The customer service was frankly appalling. A few examples. i) did not give clear instructions to walk into town and had to walk down a very dangerous motorway and were unapologetic afterwards, ii) reception staff asked one of their team to show us down to locker room, who then lost our room key. The reception were then unable to work out who had run off with our key, iii) Shower gel and shampoo in room were not filled up and it took multiple requests to get them to replenish iv) on the day when all the Courmayeur lifts weren't running they didn't inform anyone and still sold us a bus ticket to go into the resort. 2) Terrible food. Sub par breakfast buffet, poor coffee etc... - this is problematic in the evening as Val Veny has no other food or drink alternatives. 3) Booking the spa is clunky and difficult and costs €15 per person. This is not clearly advertised on the website 4) Val Veny's one lift is c. 500m away and they operate no shuttle services to or from the lift 5) Awkward shaped building. Dining room is bendy and narrow. Corridors within the building make you feel claustrophobic and are reminiscent of the hotel in The Shining. 6) They were unable to offer late checkout which is understandable but this is the only hotel I have ever been to that has not offered a shower and changing facilities. We had to open our suitcases in the hotel lobby and get changed in the hotel lobby toilet cubicle....d In the interest of balance, the positives are i) the rooms are reasonably spacious, clean and modern, and ii) it is a little but cheaper than other hotels (for good reason I now know (location)). In summary, could be a nice low cost alternative to the more expensive hotels in the area, however has a number of flaws which TH management need to address.
