房間不大但不擁擠，設施不奢侈但維護都很好，還配置了洗漱放大鏡，乾淨整潔舒適，特別是院內免費停車，距離古城幾公里但靠近商業區域，自駕遊客非常方便，性價比很高，團隊熱心真誠。

酒店不在Annecy 市中心。 距離商業中心進，可以步行。
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，有熱水壺，沒有電梯，停車免費。

Séjour Parfait 👍 Personnel très aimable, accueil sympathique, propreté irréprochable et emplacement idéal (ni trop près ni trop loin d'Annecy) Le petit plus, le garage souterrain 🚙 pour une sérénité totale. Je recommande cet hôtel 😊

Petit déjeuner payé et réservé la veille pour 9€. Aucun buffet n'est présent : pas d'aliments, personne n'est present. Enfin une personne arrive et m'ayant servi un chocolat chaud me dit c'est 1 € le café. Je lui précise que j'ai payé 9€ pour un petit déjeuner. Elle me dit qu'elle n'est pas au courant. Je lui demande de m'apporter différents aliments et j'ai eu droit à une tranche de jambon, du pain décongelé et du beurre. Le site de l'hôtel indique le wifi gratuit, il faut demander le code qui normalement de vrais être précisé dans la chambre et ce dernier est très instable, impossible de travailler dans ces conditions.

NÉGATIF !!! Chambres très peu entretenues, cuvette des toilettes cassée, rez et chaussé sans protection à l'unique fenêtre, pas de climatisation, poubelles à proximité.... et j'en passe ! Petit déjeuner très succinct et il a fallu régler la totalité des l'arrivée !.... Je comprends pourquoi maintenant ! Précision il s'agit d'un trois étoiles !! De plus l'hôtel accueille des immigrés..... Mais rien n'a été signalé lors de la réservation en ligne et par téléphone ! SCANDALEUX !!!
