Our apartment was perfect with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very nice living area and kitchen. The personnel and offerings were excellent. Would highly recommend staying at Les Suites du 33 during your stay in the champagne region .

This could be such a great experience - perfect location, the charm of staying in a champagne house… But it’s ruined by the distinct impression everything is run for the convenience of the staff: you MUST arrive by 6:00 pm, breakfast served for only 90 minutes (8:15-9:45), drinks and snacks in the charming courtyard only served until 5:30 pm (crazy in a country where no one goes to dinner before 8:00 pm), gift shop only opens at 10:30, no one on duty past 8:30 pm (not even a number to call, only the emergency services)…. This is not what I call a welcoming attitude.

Excellent, comfortable, well planned and beautifully furnished B&B accommodation in the grounds of Chateau Venoge on the Rue De Champagne in Epernay. Friendly staff and simple but fresh and tasty breakfast. Great location for touring the vineyards, Champagne houses and the surrounding area.

Extremely memorable and pleasant stay at a Champagne House an exceptional first for us! When we were planning a trip to Paris, we wanted to add on a stop elsewhere in France that had magic, history, unique accommodation, and of course great champagne. We landed in Epernay with a four-night stay at the Les Suites du 33 Located on the grounds of the de Venoge Champagne House with four guest rooms in one building, one of which had a ground floor terrace which was our home for four nights. The staff were welcoming, gracious, professional, and kind. Our accommodation was first rate with a modern bedroom and bathroom. Best of all was a supply of champagne a few steps away in addition to the complementary bottle provided on check in. Breakfast was simple, but the service was always exceptional. The champagne house is located on the Avenue de Champayne in Epernay and was both a historic location but provided a great base to explore both the Avenue and with a short drive the surrounding vineyards. The stay will remain a memory of a lifetime due to its unique location, the history and elegance of the grounds of de Venoge Champagne House.

We stayed one night at Les Suites du 33 & it was just beautiful. We had driven from Mechelen, Belgium and arrived much later than planned. On arrival the staff were leaving for the day. We were extremely apologetic for our late arrival & the staff were more than happy to wait and check us in. Our suite was spacious and just beautiful. There was parking available onsite during our stay at no extra cost. All amenities we needed were provided. Breakfast the next morning was delicious & the service from the staff was excellent. The weather wasn’t great so we asked the staff if we could borrow umbrellas for the afternoon, which they were happy to oblige us. The property is stunning and the champagne is very nice too! Located on the Avenue de Champagne it was an easy walk to the other Champagne houses and centre of Epernay.

Firstly the location, which was fabulous complimented by the availability of secure parking. The presentation of our three room apartment was excellent with a spacious and well equipped living area (just to note, this apartment is upstairs and there is no lift). There are drinks and plates of light bites available in the courtyard in front of the chateau. Breakfast was taken in the room immediately below our apartment and was very well presented with impeccable service. Stayed here for one night and certainly will return

We have been to Epernay three times and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The property is on the grounds of the headquarters of the de Venoge champagne house, on Ave de Champagne. It is in my view one of the most beautiful complexes in all of Epernay. The other two places we stayed at on our prior visits were also on Ave de Champagne, but this is by far the most elegant, luxurious, and comfortable room, and it’s no more expensive than the other places. We were offered free glasses of excellent champagne, accurate restaurant recommendations, and just attentive services all around. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a memorable stay in Epernay.

We absolutely love this place and this was the second time we've been here. The service, especially by the manager who checked us in/served breakfast etc was outstanding. Rooms are spacious and perfect for a family of four. Everything was clean and the location is just outstanding. We will definitely be back here!

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Absolutely fantastic in every way. Had a tour of the house with a Champagne tasting to finish,really worth the money. Breakfast was simple but of the highest quality. The staff ( I actually dislike calling them staff as they were more like friends) were so helpful and obliging,from helping with electric car charging to booking a private boat trip (definitely recommend that) . The Avenue de Champagne is a site to see. If you’re going to Épernay this is the place to stay.
