Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre recensioner

Helpful and friendly staff. A few minutes walk to the Epsom station. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Adequate size of room. Sufficient spaces to open suitcases. However, windows faces wall and air conditioner.

~5 min walk away from train station and right at town central, which makes it the perfect location to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. It have build in AC which is great for summertime. Just with additional £10 to enjoy a delicious continental breakfast.

The hotel provides a tidy environment with a team of friendly and helpful staff. We did enjoy the breakfast and enjoyed much.

Clean and simple but not amenities. It’s better to prepare slippers to stay here.

我們此次入住的酒店之一，不錯👍 英國的夏季平均温度適中，所以英國薰衣草花季比法國薰衣草更長，mayfield莊園裡的薰衣草一茬一茬的收割，也隨着來自世界各地的遊人，走進了千萬家庭，讓現代人緊綳的神經得到片刻的放鬆；此次入住的酒店也不錯👍

酒店在巿中心區，火車站步行一分鐘便到達，旁邊是警察局及巿會堂，有安全感。 購物及飲食都很方便。 酒店房間夠寬敞、簡潔！整體來講都不錯！只是娛樂方面選擇的電視節目不多！

在酒店住了一晚，酒店地點於當地Epsom 火車站附近，步行3分鐘抵達，非常方便。火車站附近有吃有喝有超市！房間小了一點，早餐不錯，前台人員也很友善，但廁所不通風，有怪味！另，酒店隔音效果不好，樓上的人走動很吵！ 總體性價比：較高！

Good breakfast however they have Pina colada on their menu and have not had the items to make our cocktails good sausages and bacon skilled chefs and I didn't know there were hidden pillows ahahahaha bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb

Naveed, Arslan and ludmila have been amazing!!! Excellent Customer Service!!! I definitely recommend coming here to stay when visiting epsom!!! Staff has been incredible, Very friendly, pro active, kind and are willing to help customers and go the extra mile.

I have stayed at many different premier inns and i have to admit this is the best one in the entire chain. The staff are outstanding and professional... I had a lovely chat with Ludimyla about Lego as that's what I was doing at the time. Always joyful she was and had a smile on her face every time I saw her. Made me feel welcome and relaxed. When ordering food/drink I had a chat with Jorja, was chatting for around 45 minutes about cars and general stuff. Professional at all times and always had a smile on her face. After coming back from work they were always happy to see me and made me feel like I was no trouble to them. Finally Id like to mention Martin, He was a well presented young man and always happy to accomindate to needs. Food he served was always spot on and just a great credit to the Team. Amazing experience and I hope to be back here. Thank you Martin, Jorja and Ludimyla for such a great experience Thanks Ben
