I am visiting this hotel usually to use the spa center....... Zen spa..... It is one of the best at the city I advise every one to try it.... It is clean..... They are professional...... The only thing it missed is the indoor swimming pool 😕 I hope they will build one some day

The team at Rotana is super professional, friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, I stay at Rotana almost every week for a couple of days and the guys there make me feel like I'm at home, Wassim usually is my main contact point. The food options and quality in general at the hotel can be improved, especially for healthy nutritious vegetarian options and especially for in-room dining

Nice experience, the staff are friendly, the hrioms are clean, good variety of breakfast items, a shout out for ms Ghazal for the nice treatment and discount

Just checked into Erbil Rotana as a group from Singapore and were treated like criminals asking us to move away from red carpey at reception when checking in . What a distasteful welcome from a country that is so friendly otherwise . Shall change hotel

Staff is very kind and professional. Front desk is very welcoming and helpful. A lot of food options. Breeze the bar and restaurant is very nice place to spend evenings. Big thanks to front desk they always meet our needs, we had a situation where we needed a doctor and within 15 mins the doctor was in the room helping us

Wisam, Ghazal and Ammar will make your experience a very lovely and comfortable one also the breakfast buffet has many varieties so don't forget to try the falafel and honey station, as for the rooms, they're comfy,clean and elegant, ......

Specialy I meet a man who working in this restaurant as a waiter his name is Mr. Michael. He is a wonderful man. Helpfull person and Nicely talking. In one word he is excellent worker that you have in your restaurant.
