Rated as 4.6 at TA, it is baffling, to be very honest. I chose this hotel partly because of its glowing reviews. A rating of 4.6 naturally sets certain expectations — expectations this hotel failed to meet. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a major disappointment. At first glance, Bristoria looks promising, with the hardware that could deliver high-end experience. However, the execution falls apart almost immediately. From the bathroom scale, to in-room safe, to telephone, all non-functional. Telephone and in-room safe were reported to the reception immediately after check-in but were left unresolved throughout our stay. The rollaway bed provided was completely unacceptable — more akin to a hard bench than an actual bed. No adult should be expected to sleep on it. Our bathroom was stocked with two bottles of shampoo, but no soap. For a hotel aspiring to build a strong reputation, such an oversight is simply baffling. The same issue was found in the gym’s changing rooms: no soap, no body wash. Breakfast was fresh, well-presented, and generally enjoyable. Yet basic essentials like napkins or tissues were missing — a small but noticeable lapse that is så basic and so easily avoidable. Housekeeping covered the surface-level cleaning but missed the finer details that elevate a hotel from "good" to "great." Bristoria has potential — but it desperately needs stronger systems, greater attention to details, and more consistent follow-through to match its ambitions. At present, it feels like a promise left sadly unfulfilled. The focus must be on the service, and it delivery rather on “reviews”.
