在埃爾比勒算是很好的酒店了，安保誇張，門口有持槍AK47的警衞、警犬和路障🚧，早餐也還是很豐富的，地下有游泳池和健身房

非常非常棒

酒店很不錯，這個環境設施仔任何國家都算好的，健身房很不錯，唯一缺點酒店裡餐食太貴

酒店很好，乾淨整潔、服務不錯

Comfortable room and overall good service. Special thanks to the driver, Ahmed, who took me to and from the airport during the very early hours of the morning. There is a decent variety of food on offer at the buffet restaurant, and also a great a la carte dining experience.

Divan Hotel has been my go to hotel in Erbil for a few years. The location is very central, rooms are spacious, and most of all the Divan team that are extremely responsive and goes above & beyond to make your stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. Thank you Nadine, Arshad, Sayf and everyone else at Divan that make sure that every single detail is perfect during my stay!

We stayed at the Divan for a business trip and it was by far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very spacious and clean. The security is top notch and the staff were some of the friendliest people I've met. Arshad made sure I had everything I needed and was very personable & friendly. Sayr and Helin were also very friendly & accommodating with arranging transportation I needed. The hotel offers breakfast lunch and dinner and the food choices were excellent. It's also within walking distance of several cute restaurants and bars. Definitely an amazing place to stay.

Divan is a hotel that really wants to offer an outstanding customer experience. The quality of service and especially in the sushi restaurant is outstanding. The concierge Arshad in particular cannot be surpassed in terms of courtesy, commitment and reliability

Erbil itself was a surprise. I didn’t know what to expect, but was really surprised by how clean and modern it was. But then, when I turned the corner and saw the Divan Hotel I was amazed. It is a BEAUTIFUL hotel - and extremely well run. The staff were attentive, friendly and happy to help with whatever request I made. Sayf (on the front desk) and Bahadin (who helped me with my bags) particularly stood out.

We are very happy with hotel’s services over all starting from the reception people to the house keeping stuff especially mr. Uchitha, everyone was very helpful and nice I will definitely come back soon
