Palazzo Adele

Don’t be put off by run down area, its super clean and freshly renovated , well appointed and close to Herculaneum and Circumvesuviana train. Lots of cafes and restaurants a short stroll away. Quirky rooms, ours had Vesuvius as a background. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. teas & coffees in room. Gorgeous large terrace for a glass of wine (available at a reasonable price from friendly reception)

Absolutely beautiful hotel with helpful friendly staff who have good English. Very comfortable beds and tea/coffee in room also a mini fridge. Fabulous shower with decent hairdryer and toiletries supplied. Beautiful terrace along with a kitchen for coffee/tea. The hotel had no bar but you can get wine, soft drinks etc in reception at a very reasonable price. No breakfast served but coffee shops are near or buy your pastries. Area a little run down but perfectly safe with friendly locals. Will definitely be back. Town much bigger than expected with lots of shopping/markets.

Everything Perfect!!! Very clean, spacy. Remodelled building. Very big private parking Gated and fenced. Great location near city center and restaurants. Great Staff, coffee welcome, great Wi Fi, everything Perfect !!! . I can recommend this place honestly

Ercolano as a town, although safe, is a bit rough around the edges. The same cannot be said for Palazzo Adele. It is a beautiful property. The rooms are absolutely lovely, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful and communicative. We received great restaurant recommendations and they assisted us in getting an excellent taxi driver who took us to some of the sites we wanted to see and not deal with the traffic and parking issues that can exist in and around Naples. The hotel was a perfect location to stay to see Herculaneum. The archeological site is a quick walk. It also was convenient to Pompeii and Naples. The train is about a 6-8 minute walk away and a taxi is convenient as well. We parked our car there and the on-site parking was a real plus. Another mention about the staff. Everyone was truly wonderful. Extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted---the only other hotel that gave me such confidence was The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

Siamo stati fortunati a trovare questa struttura di ottimo livello a prezzi davvero competitivi. Si tratta di un elegante palazzo storico, completamente ristrutturato, vicinissimo agli scavi di Ercolano. Le stanze sono belle, nuove, arredate con cura, pulitissime e fornite di ogni comfort. C'è anche un ampio parcheggio privato. Inoltre un plauso va al personale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Spero di non aver dimenticato niente, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e ci tengo a sottolinearlo.
