Modern House Erie PA

The house was cute on the inside.. the outside left a lot to be desired. The porch was slanted and all the doors looked like they had been broken into at one point or another. Upon arriving, my husband looked around and found the hot water tank was leaking. Called the owner who said a repairman would come, but never showed up. At least one window was broken, the couch board was broken down the middle and the center of the couch was touching the floor, one of the beds was broken and slanted to the left and the shower knob was also broken.

Great place. The couch is broken in the middle but otherwise great place. There were also a bunch of ants by the kitchen window. Not a bid deal. Great house and location. Very close to presque isle.

Girl’s trip The house is cute on the inside- outside was a bit messy- high grass, garbage on two side of the house.Door frames for the locks need replaced. There were a lot of towels available. Bathroom was updated but the shower knob needed a screw to hold it on. Kitchen was beautiful and fully supplied with dishes, pots/pans/ and utensils. The furniture needed updated- the couch was broken and the kitchen chairs needed tightened (they were wobbly). Washer had stuff in it so we couldn’t use it. Good communication with property owner/manager. They responded quickly to messages.Overall, we had a good time because of who we were with.

The beds are terrible!! I felt like I was sleeping on bricks I had to end my 2day stay definitely wasn’t going to stay an extra night, only end up staying 1 night vs 2. The host was nice about it, cancelled my stay and refunded me.

Easter weekend Needs more blankets, towels, new pillows, dish cloths. Basement was full of laundry and old balloons . It needed more cleaning.

Everything was perfect We only needed to stay one night. It was great. I would stay again.
