Comfortable rooms, the bed was also comfortable (neither too hard nor too soft). High quality finishes to the décor (reflected in the price), Good quality products for breakfast, delicious indeed although the same offer each day (limited variety, no hot dishes, only boiled eggs) Parking garage right across the street (for overnight parking as it charges for each exit, not per day) - 9 euro max and at the time of our stay there was a discount price of 5 euros max for each entry/exit The wifi is basically inexistent outside the lobby area. There are 2 networks, one for the main building (rooms facing the street, right at the entrance) and the second one for the building behind the courtyard. This second wifi is not working, password has to be requested at the front desk as it's not provided otherwise. A bit overpriced for what it offers (115 eur/night discounted) but at the time of my boking there were no other suitable alternatives anywhere close to Nurnberg. If you book one of the rooms facing the street there are very loud due to the traffic. For peace of mind, book one of the rooms facing the back garden (pricier but guarantees a good night sleep) One suggestion for the breakfast: in order to avoid the long, embarrassing queues for the morning coffee, I recommend moving the coffee machine elsewhere, not right next to the food, thus overlapping with the queue people make to get their food. The breakfast area definitely requires rearrangement to accommodate multiple guests simultaneously.

Die Lage ist großartig. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hbf, Shoppingcenter, Altstadt, Fußgängerzone genau nebenan. Schöner Altbau. Das Zimmer war total sauber. Selbst die Fugen im Bad sind top. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof. Das Bett war bequem, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche super. Das einzige Aber: Es gab keine Tür zwischen Bad und Schlafraum. Kein Vorhang, nichts zum Schieben, gar nichts. Auch vor der Dusche gab es keine Tür. Muss man mögen. :-) Leider hat der Heizkörper nachts klopfende Geräusche von sich gegeben, ansonsten war es sehr ruhig. Wenn ich nochmal nach Erlangen reise, würde ich durchaus wieder hier Quartier beziehen. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich es nicht wahrgenommen habe.

... ist das Hotel Stadthaus in Erlangen. Mein Zimmer, ein Einzelzimmer, war schlicht, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten, nicht abgewohnten Zustand. Ein kleines Highlight war das Frühstück... Wie in der "guten Stube" sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles da, was ich zum Frühstück brauche. Die Lage, im Zentrum von Erlangen ist einfach perfekt. Klasse ist auch der online check-in und check-out. Ich habe mein Hotel in Erlangen gefunden :-)

Gerne wieder! privat geführtes Stadthotel. Wie der Name es verspricht. Mitten drin in Erlangen 😉Freundlicher Empfang, Ausstattung & Co nicht wie in einer Hotel-Kette sondern mit vielen kleinen Details eine schöne Abwechslung! Liebevolles Frühstück ohne Tüten-Rührei! Eine echte Empfehlung!
