The property's location is excellent, and all the staff have been great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have excellent amenities.

Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport.

Professional, supportive staff at every level. The hotel was clean and hygienic.Breakfast was awesome.

Good hotel for a day at kochi

Enjoyed our recent stay in Crowne plaza kochi. Rooms are very beautiful. You will get a quick response for every service. We got beautiful room with Water room . We had a chance to have food from one of the restaurant Zoka great restaurant. All over great stay

Went to celebrate my birthday with my friend in crowne plaza it was memorabe experience got a complementary decoration with complimentary cake it was a very good stay and the food at the zoka restaurant was superb and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful i would love to visit again😄

Went for a week trip to kerala with my friend and visited crowne plaza it was a very good experience very welcoming staff Thanks to Reception people for smooth check-in . The rooms are very clean and hygiene and the back water view was very beautiful Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable Will be visting again

The best place for a perfect vacation is always crowne plaza kochi my first choice... Starting from the smooth check In to the beautiful back water view room and delicious food and a beautiful pool everything is just amazing... will visit again..

We stayed in this hotel as a group of 26 people to celebrate our friendship over sixty years. Check in at the hotel was quick and easy and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast spread was very delicious with a mix of eastern dishes and continental food. Staff at the Mosaic Restaurant like Alfred Joesph and Somesh very polite, professional and courteous always served us with a big smile. All in all, all of us had a great time at the Crowne Plaza Kochi.

Hotel was extremely clean, staff was amazing, room was very big, bathroom was excellent, restaurant had multiple varieties of choices of food. I would definitely stay here again, front desk staff was excellent, Door person was very receptive and helpful
