York hotel is located on m. G. Road which is in the heart of the city. Hotel looks very new, neat and clean. The room is large with additional space for sitting area with sofa and dining table. Interior works of the room are good. Both room and the attached bath room are wide and look new, neat and clean. Staff is very courteous.

very werst service I have ever seen. 1). Very poor cleaneness. 2) No TV provided. 3) No room service available. 4) No hot water. 5) All bathroom fittings are not working properly. 6). Bathroom lights are not working. We use with mobile light. 7) Extra bed and late check-out money taking staffs account. But I paid hotel acount No only. 8) No drinking water provided. 9) finally this all remarks answer is YOU BOOK YOUR ROOM

Room and facilities were good and neat. Staff can be more organised and approachable. Good location in the city as well.

They said i didnt book the ac room and charged me more on arrival. The rooms were very tiny and bad, the guy sitting at the reception wearing a glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. This hotel always runs out of water and when we asked for it this reception guy got very rude and aggressive. The photographs shown are very different from the final product. Please stay away from this place.

Very bad. Room is very small for its price. The service was really bad. There was not even a bucket in the toilet. .

The hotel had no hot water and when requested, they bought almost after 3 hours 2 litres of lukewarm water for a bath. It was ridiculous and hilarious at the same time.

Location good and overall experience average. Too pricey. In emergency situations we can pick this property. Good restaurants nearby.
