I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at gokulam park convention center from 24th january 2025 to 25th january 2025. Given the reputation of esteemed group, i did not expect such a poor experience in terms of service and responsiveness. 1. Late checkout commitment not honored
before booking on the 24th, i confirmed with your staff about a late checkout till 2:30 pm. However, despite this assurance, i was continuously disturbed by calls from 12 pm on the 25th, even after informing the reception and providing the contact number i initially called. Unfortunately, no action was taken to resolve this unnecessary disturbance. 2. Room allotment & cleanliness issues
upon arrival at 9 pm on the 24th, i was allotted a twin-bedded room despite booking for single occupancy. After raising my concern, i was informed that another room (room 918, 9th floor) would be available in 10 minutes after cleaning. However, upon reaching the floor, i noticed the room was already unoccupied, yet it was not well-maintained as per the expected standards of your hotel. 3. Lack of response on lost item
on the evening of the 25th at around 8 pm, i realized i had left an apparel item in the room. I immediately contacted the hotel, but i was passed from one number to another before finally connecting with a staff member. I requested an urgent call back as i was leaving the city by 11:30 pm, yet no one has responded to me to date. This complete lack of courtesy and follow-up is unacceptable. As a frequent corporate traveler who has stayed at numerous premium hotels, this experience was truly shocking and disappointing.
