Very worst hotel the room were not cleared properly the floor were very oily. The AC are not working. They are treating the customer has a begger the food were very worst if you eat that food you will be getting food poison. I have no option to give zero star so I give one star .I am warning u that not to book this resorts .The manager are so arrogant with customers they are not responding to customers properly . The foods were Unhygienic

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip booked While there were positives like clean, comfortable rooms and a tasty vegetarian breakfast, the experience was marred by unresolved issues. The AC cooled slowly, requiring the fan to be switched on, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable—slow and prone to disconnections. As a business traveler, reliable internet is essential, and this issue caused me to miss critical meetings and delayed my work significantly. I reported the Wi-Fi problem to the hotel reception at 4:50 PM. Though they provided a new username and password, the issue persisted due to inadequate infrastructure., and was courteous and assured me of a follow-up, no resolution was provided. The hotel claimed they were fully booked and couldn’t offer an alternate room. Despite Mr. Pawan’s promise to revert, I have yet to hear back The hotel needs to invest in robust Wi-Fi infrastructure and contingency plans for business travelers. , catering to professionals, must ensure listed hotels meet basic requirements like reliable internet and proactively follow up on escalated issues. While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff and Mr. Pawan, the lack of resolution from both parties has left me deeply disappointed. I hope both take this feedback seriously and address these issues. If improvements are made, I will gladly update my review.

This is not three Star Hotel as mentioned in MAKE My Trip , Average Hotel ... Limited Food Choice ,

Room and staff were good and value for money. Location is also very good in between market and near marine drive.

Food is always same. None of door or light switches are working properly. If we call reception they don't attend on time, i am regular customer even i don't get treated the way it should be. I suggest other hotel
