這個酒店在很高的地方 風景不錯。服務很好。但是洞穴居住並不舒服。照片看着不錯，居住體驗很差 1 不通風。這麼大的套房衹有一個很小很小的窗户 而且出於安全考慮，不方便打開。2。設施不好。暖氣片無法提供需要的温度。 睡着很冷。

酒店的服務特別好，房間也特別的乾淨，在卡帕多奇亞所有的遊玩項目，在酒店前台都可以預訂到，很便宜而且車接車送.

裝修別緻 設備新 早餐環境很棒 種類也很多 晚上很安靜 房間很大

酒店在半山腰，有點兒難找，但房間很好，安靜，舒適整潔，用品齊全。 家庭式早餐，算不上豐盛，但衹要他們瞭解到你的需求，定會小小地滿足你一下😊。這個5星還是蠻合理的！

I had such a lovely stay at Taru Caves. The hotel is beautifully located, just a short walk from the town center, which was super convenient. The suites were beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcomed. I really enjoyed the breakfasts, which were super fresh and delicious!!! It’s definitely a place I will never forget, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to have the experience of staying in an actual cave, but with all the facilities. It was the best choice. We had a late arrival, with a rental car which we left on a narrow street behind the hotel. The men welcoming us took care to move the car, gave us the keys and did the checkin extremely fast, while we were in the room. When traveling with a kid you do appreciate this a lot. The hotel has multiple rooms on different levels and they have an elevator which makes things much easier. I choose an Executive Suit, which comes with a large hammam bathroom. It proved to be exceptionally useful as we decided to have a hammam experience with their professional masseur, Ahmed. I can only say that he has magic hands, very nice and my 10 years old son loved the experience as much as we did. The breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant with a splendid panorama of the town. They prepare eggs at your request, they have hot dishes and provide very tasty local salads, cheeses and products. Also, the Turkish coffee is a must. All the staff were more than helpful and friendly. It is worth every penny! They really made our stay exceptional.

We had a wonderfull stay in this hotel for a night .I am fully delighted and satisfied with everything in this hotel. It is exactly the value for the money you pay. Stuff friendly rooms are super comfortable and big toilet and bath is biggest that i have seen. I highly recommend staying here . Would i come again?? I m looking forward to it 👍

Very nice hotel located a few minutes away from nice restaurants. My family was impressed by the staff who were doing their best to make sure that their guests had a great time. Our family room was big with two proper single beds for our 2 children. Urgup may not offer balloon flight views but having stayed in both cities, I would recommend staying there because it is much better value for money than the hotels in Goreme.

Outstanding hotel. The staff are doing their upmost for clients to have a great time. Our room was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers who need a proper bed. You are 5 minutes away from good restaurants. Though you will not be able to see the balloon flights from Urgup, I highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Cappadocia because the hotels are much better value for money than Goreme hotels.

I extended my 2 day trip to 5 days because I loved this hotel and city so much. The hotel is supreme, the staff is amazing, and the service is impeccable. I wanted to stay in a cave room, in a cave hotel, in this cave city and Taru Cave Suites exceeded all of my expectations.

Rooms are fantastic. Service is great. Traditional breakfast was amazing. It is very quiet and peaceful. The busy part of Urgup with all the restaurants are at 5 min walk. The location does not have an on site restaurant (other than breakfast) but they can arrange delivery and you can use the breakfast dining site. For those with limited mobility this is one of few cave hotels with an elevator. They will arrange balloon flight with pick up and drop off at very reasonable price.

This is by far one of my most memorable hotel stays , truly fantastic experience . The rooms were lovely , very luxurious , comfortable beds , fabulous breakfast and the staff were so kind and could not do enough for us . We were a party of four adults . I would recommend a stay here anytime , I have already booked again for next May ,

If you're expecting a fancy 5-star with room service, spa, multiple restaurants and all the other creature comforts, Taru Cave Suites is not for you. They're a small, family-run business with ten rooms, so they don't have all those bells and whistles. What they DO have however, far outweighs what they don't – an authentic 'cave' experience balanced with just the right amount of modern-day comforts. We reached the hotel quite late and Daniel at the front desk was up, bright as a daisy, to check us in and help us get settled. The reception is at the top level and the rooms are spread across three levels down. The room itself was spacious with a cavernous (literally and figuratively) attached bath. A big, comfortable metal (wasn't sure if it was wrought iron or brass) bed, a couple of chairs and a TV assured us we were living in modern times. A huge balcony was the highlight (ours was the only room with a balcony). Sadly, it was raining and cold and windy, so we couldn't make proper use of it. There is no room service, nor does the hotel have attached restaurants. Of course, you can order in from the restaurants in Göreme city center (they have the menus in the room), but we chose to walk around and eat at authentic places close by. They do have a breakfast place where a staff of three makes fresh breakfast every morning. If it's not too cold, feel free to take your cup of coffee to the attached terrace and enjoy taking in the view. The staff is amazing – friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special shout-out to Daniel (thank you for taking our calls at midnight just to tell us the WiFi password!) and Bahar (thank you for pointing us to the Apetito restaurant!) Would definitely recommend this place.
