The apartment we had booked was not the same when we showed up. If we had known this, we would've booked elsewhere as it looked like a great deal. So, we were essentially mislead. So, *********** is being notified of a misleading ad. No Air Conditioning, even when the property listed AC was available. We sweat in the apartment for 2 days. We only got a sorry, and that it'll be looked after once we were gone. The cleaning lady this establishment hired was brutal. Our hand soap was filled with water, no hand towels, 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, and more. Wifi signal was brutal and splotchy, it didn't go through out the apartment. I messaged the property, I only got a sorry. I even had to ask for a 3rd towel, even though I booked for 3 people. I have done alot of travel for both leisure and business throughout North America and Europe, this was definitely one of the properties I will forget about. Location is super noisy, especially if you keep your window open. Terrible customer service and huge lack of professionalism. Definitely don't recommend this place to couples, business travelers or groups of friends.
