However, we do offer a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest metro station and other points of interest to ease the transit for our guests. It is most unfortunate that you encountered issues with the room key card. This is certainly not a typical experience at our hotel, and we provide assistance at the reception to quickly resolve such matters. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Regarding the gym hours, we strive to accommodate the schedules of all our guests and we regret to hear that our extensive hours were not suitable for your needs. Please note that our bar prices are in line with other hotels in the same category in the area. As for the rooms, we are constantly renovating and updating our facilities, including replacing carpets with parquet flooring in the rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Regarding the location, we understand that the walk back to the hotel can be tiring after a long day of exploring. To make it easier for our guests, we offer a shuttle service from Monday to Friday, which takes guests to the nearest metro stop and back. Additionally, there are bus lines available on the same street as the hotel, connecting to the main points of the city. We also have a Lidl supermarket just a few minutes away for your convenience.
