Arrivés à 00h30, nous avons été très bien accueillis par un monsieur avec le sourire. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 (je ne m'attendais pas à voir 2 lits d'appoint mais mes amis ont bien dormi dessus). Balcon agréable avec vue sur la terrasse, la colline et la piscine ! Dans les WC il manquait peut-être une balayette (cepillo de baño)
Aperçu des écureuils !! La piscine était bienvenue à 9h ! Les massages ne semblaient pas trop chers.
Nous reviendrons !

Camere ampie, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Struttura molto bella. Disponibile la piscina e il bar al piano terra per snack, colazioni e pranzi veloci. Unico neo la posizione dell’hotel: la zona è residenziale e tranquilla, ma dalla metropolitana che porta in centro (fermata Zona Universitaria) all’hotel bisogna camminare 15/20 minuti in salita e, per accorciare la strada, attraversare un bellissimo parco pubblico che però di notte chiude i cancelli. Un’alternativa comoda è scendere alla fermata della metro precedente e prendere un autobus che ferma a pochi metri dall’hotel. In sostanza non lo consiglierei per chi ha come prerogativa muoversi e raggiungere agevolmente il centro e le principali attrazioni della città, ma è indicato per chi vuole coniugare al viaggio il relax nella struttura.

El hotel está cerca de la plaza de San Marcos y también tiene cerca una parada de transporte (vaporetto/alilaguna).
El personal de recepción es atento y servicial e intenta poner solución a cualquier incidencia.
El desayuno buffet es básico pero está bién.
Las camas son cómodas.
Las instalaciones son básicas, pero suficientes para pasar unos días en Venecia. Algunos elementos de la habitación necesitaban una revisión por parte del equipo de mantenimiento a nuestra llegada.
Es un hotel recomendable.

This hotel is far from public transportation and city. The room key card never works and the key card has to be activated each time you come back to the hotel. The gym opening hours is not suitable for hotel guests who need to exercise before going to work. The staff at the reception are not friendly. I had a very bad flu and had used up nearly all tissue. When asked if I could have a tissue box replacement, was asked to wait for next day. In desperation, I pulled as many tissues as I can from the tissue box at the reception as I had a running nose. The reception staff commented to his colleague that I was weird. Fortunately my friend heard and told them otherwise. Not a hotel that cares for their guests.

I'm just back from a 4 night break. 2 adults, one teenager. The hotel itself is beautiful, stunning breakfast with a wide choice of foods. The swimming pool is fantastic. Bar area is clean and tidy, but food and drink is expensive. Staff mostly friendly - (taller man man on bar with white shirt very friendly and helpful) Location isn't ideal , there is good transport links bus and metro, but walk back up to hotel after a long day exploring is a killer. No other restaurants or bars close by, but there it a lidl a couple of minutes walk away Lastly, rooms definitely need an update. they are clean but outdated.

Stayed here in September 2023w Rooms in the hotel are a bit old and dated, although clean. No coffee or water facilities in the room as well. Nice terras and pool. Staff was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was ok (but not fantastic). In the end ok hotel if you need to do business nearby

The hotel is simply OKAY, but we wouldn't stay again. FACILITIES - The pool was beautiful and peaceful - one of the reasons why I'm not giving a lower review of the hotel. We loved relaxing by the pool and there were always lounge chairs available. We also used the Jacuzzi which was a nice treat. The restaurant is nice. LOCATION - The walking distance to the nearest metro is 15 minutes in a very hilly area. It's okay to get there but a nightmare walking back in extreme heat. If you are a tourist I recommend you stay closer to the ventre if Barcelona. We are young and fit and we found it a little intense. The hotel is also right next to a hospital. We saw lots of ill patients and this made us feel so sad! On the plus side there is a Lidl near by - very handy. Definitely go buy water in bulk and store it in the fridge - Life saver. ROOM - Not good. Very disappointed. The aircon in the room was broken, it was a nightmare! We would open the windows in the day but the cleaners would close these and put the broken aircon on again, making our sleep very uncomfortable. We avoided spending ant time in our room. If you are lucky you might get a balcony or nice view but we didn't. We also expected a double bed but had 2 singles pushed together. SPA - WARNING - THERE IS NO SPA. I booked a massage but it turned out it was going to be in our bedroom... and in our room with no aircon. Plus the masseuse was delayed by an hour so I actually happy to cancel as I didn't feel comfortable anyway. STAFF - The staff were also excellent and had good English, including in the restaurant. The restaurant were amazing with my allergy but had limited options. The staff were always kind and helpful - another reason why I've given it 3 stars not 2, because I know they work hard. OVERALL- It seems to be more of a business hotel then a tourist hotel. We did get a bargain with our stay but just wouldn't stay again.

Great friendly welcome from all staff. Great place good, swimming pool etc remove location issues but last stop on the metro is easy transit! Meals all superperb! In fact exceptional! Breakfast was better than premier inn and the best breakfast abroad I've had! Superperb staff all excellent but particularly Lucio and Paola!
