What an amazing experience at this villa! This villa is just everything! Beautiful and well maintained space with great service. Khalid was amazing and Fatima is the sweetest! I fell in love with Essouira because of this place! Located within the Medina, you can park your car outside of the Medina for 20 dirhams a day. It’s about a 4 minute walk to the front door but the porter (Khalid) came out with a trolley to help us with our luggages. Make sure to try their dinner and Moroccan wine. Amazing! Breakfast was served at the rooftop in the morning. The room has no a/c unit but the temperature was really nice while we were there (late June). Amazing place!

Could not rate this hotel more highly. It is beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious, the view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful and the staff were really friendly. There are gorgeous nooks and spaces to hang out in or have dinner.

Had an amazing experience at this riad! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is close to many important spots. I want to give special thanks to the staff member Hassan, who was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed with a smile and excellent service. Thank you for the warm hospitality – I’ll definitely be back in the future

Exceptional is the word to describe our experience at Villa Maroc! The riad is authentic and perfect in it’s decor, furnishing and food with all the amenities of a five star hotel in a wonderful location. However, for us it was the staff who made it exceptional. When our hire car burst a tyre 20 kms from Essouaira with no spare, an off duty member of staff drove my husband back to the car and arranged a replacement tyre. Thanks to his help, we had an amazing holiday. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

From the first contact the staff were all extremely helpful and polite. We booked direct and all my questions and requests were resolved quickly. They arranged a taxi for us from Essaouria Airport, which removed the stress of arriving in an unfamiliar city and not knowing where we were going. Our suite had a sea view which was delightful and was also spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel the evening we arrived. It was very very tasty and a relaxed way to spend our first evening. We had breakfast every morning on the roof terrace, which set us up well for the day. If we return to Essaouria we would certainly stay at Villa Maroc again.

Villa Maroc was absolutely stunning! The location is perfect and it truly gives you the full experience of Marocco! The breakfast on the terrace was beautiful and delicious, and the view was breathtaking. The staff could not have been more helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!

The most wonderful stay for our honeymoon in Morocco. Thank you to the kind staff who looked after us so well. The room could not have been more beautiful and the food (especially breakfast) was outstanding. Vegetarians are well catered for.
