Leonardo Hotel Esslingen recensioner

Great hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay. Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.

The location is good. Nearby to old town and good eatery. The breakfast is good with great selection.

Very good hotel, all was perfect, good services, beautiful decoration, the employees were very nice and professional. I recommend at 100%. Thank you !

Absolutely amazing hotel and service!!!! Their mattress cured my years long back pain! The staff goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Great breakfast, even vegan choices. Highly recommend!

蠻新的旅館，房間很大，位置也不錯，距離賓士博物館開車約15-20分鐘，樓下的停車場是公用的，但是飯店說明不清楚，雖然標示有空調，但房間內找不到出風口，在廁所找到一個疑似空調的調整器但是幾乎沒有作用，所以房間略顯悶熱，要開窗方能解決問題。附近走路7分鐘可以走到rewe和藥局，便利採買。5樓的三溫暖游泳池設施暫停使用，非常遺憾。

Wir haben ein Doppelbett mit Schlafsofa gebucht und alles war bei Check in um 16 Uhr bereits gerichtet. Das Zimmer war sauber und es waren genügend Handtücher für alles Familienmitglieder vorhanden. Die Lage war sehr gut allerdings gibt es keinen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz sonder nur das öffentliche Parkhaus für einen max Tagespreis von 14€. Wir hatten Glück und haben einen Parkplatz in der Seitenstrasse gefunden.

非常好飯店，飯店非常新，旁邊也就有停車場，走到市中心老街不到10分鐘，當初在訂房時發現舒適房和高級房的大小設備都一樣找不到差別，只有官網顯示舒適房有暖氣，沒有冷氣，到現場果然舒適房沒有冷氣，如果夏天訂房可能要注意！

Alles war top ,freundlich,sauber ,günstig

Super Lage, super Zimmer (toll gelegen, ruhig, gut gelüftet und klimatisiert, lässt sich abdunkeln), nettes Personal. Unbedingt bedenken: Schild „Nicht stören“ an die Tür hängen, wenn man nicht um 8:30 Uhr vom Housekeeping geweckt werden möchte. Check-out ist bis 12 Uhr möglich ❤️

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, groß und sauber. Leider war der Spa- und Fitnessbereich sowie die Dachterasse geschlossen.

War super, allerdings wurde im Bad wohl ein benutztes Handtuch vergessen, welches wir auf die Seite gelegt haben. Liebe Grüße Michi
