This is simply the ideal family gathering place with its adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. Gaze out to take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky, river and mountain views!! From the great room you can step out to a fantastic deck to enjoy excellent mountain views along with the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River! Take it all in while enjoying a cup of morning coffee, evening glass of wine, reading a good book or cooking dinner on the gas grill! The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level. Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep. Also on the main level is a powder room, laundry area and 2 car garage. A second family room is located in the lower level along with 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. From this level you can walk-out onto the patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thomson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! The 8 total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager. No weddings or other group events** ** Please note that the fire pit at Mulligan's Lodge is NOT part of this rental due to safey concern for threat of wildfire** **Our cancellation policy is stated below.
