The villa is set in a beautiful garden with private swimming pool and several terraces to relax and enjoy. At the terrace near the kitchen there's an outdoor cooking area with build-in BBQ. At the roof you'll find the rooftop terrace with stunning views over the golfcourses and all the way to the hills of Monchique. The villa has an open kitchen, completely utilised with all equipment needed, dining area with wooden table and chairs and a very spacious livingroom with television and fireplace and sliding doors to the veranda terrace. All bedrooms have large build-in wardrobes. The property is situated between the Gramacho and the Vale da Pinta golfcourses and the 3rd golf course which is being developed at the moment.
