The whole hotel is very large, the location of the room is also very good, the front is the pool view is very good, is very much bugs at night, overall the environment is great, very recommended this hotel!

位置有一點偏僻但是服務很不錯，飯店還有兩個泳池可自由使用，前台24小時都會有服務生在，不用擔心沒有客服人員

El hotel y el entorno es precioso y el personal muy amable. La habitación es amplia y tiene de todo, sólo faltaría un enchufe en el baño.

Très bon accueil.
Seul petit bémol, sur Trip nous avions reversé un appartement de 50m carré, mais une fois arrivé à l’hôtel nous nous somme retrouvé dans une chambre simple.
Disons que le fait d’avoir une piscine privée pour les chambres simples à compensé ce désagrément.
Sinon superbe hôtel avec un magnifique environnement.

When we arrived at our villa the heating was not switched on and we were unable to make it work. Later a maintenance man arrived and got the heating working but it was still very cold. The bedding was inadequate and we had to sleep with our clothes and sweaters on. The next day when we returned from playing golf the temperature had risen to 18 degrees. The bedrooms and the sitting room were still very cold. We asked for floor heaters but were told that none were available. By the third day the temperature had risen to 20 degrees, still cold but bearable. I have written three emails to Pestana to complain but their reception say that they are too busy to reply. An email to management also remains unanswered. Avoid this place, they do not know how to treat their paying customers.

Carvoeiro is very nice place to stay but not in the season. Thanks to Tripadvisor we understand that is better to stay in a place a little bet far from the hipe! So we did and hopefully! The very beautiful village was really crowded and it was wise to stay in a villa so we may cook some of our meals and spend some time by the pool. Anyhow we recommend Carvoeiro. But next time we will come out of the highest season. The Pestana Villas are top in equipment and facilities. The location is very becoming and all the environment beautifully taken care.

Nothing wrong with the place for what you pay, clean , great staff. The main issue is the groups of men , going out at 10 pm coming in at 5am causing grief with the reception. And other guests. I do appreciate its not 5 star but looking at the previous reviews how can you expect 5star for 3 nights unlimited golf eg 8 rounds for around £230 . Just been to Quinta do Lago £190 for ONE round.

Don’t believe the negatives, these apartments are new, clean and have all required facilities, kitchen area, shower room and twin beds. Nice sunny balcony. There is a gymnasium on site and two swimming pools. Free shuttle bus to Gramacho and Pinta golf courses. I was on a golf trip, so exactly as i required, these are not really designed as family holiday apartments, albeit that families did seem to be enjoying them. If you want to walk. It’s only 1k to Gramacho club house and the adjacent supermarket, but remember there is the free shuttle. Staff were welcoming and helpful, I thoroughly recommend the Apartments, but if they want to improve things, a bar in the reception are, with snack options would be nice, but its not a game changer.
