Avantis Suites Hotel

No kitchen pans or microwave, very hard bed, bad pillows, hard sofa, bad lighting and bathroom had mold. Hot water took 10 min to get warm. Pool filthy. Dinner and breakfast very basic. We left a day early as it was so uncomfortable.

Holidays with my family and my 10 month baby. The place was very nice and quiet. The personnel was very polite and willing to help in our demands. The food was excellent and fresh with variety. The only negative were the a/c that need to be changed but that was minor. Certainly a value for money choice! Cu next year!

the hotel is ok, it has nice rooms, the furniture is a bit old but it is clean and ok. the kitchen is equipped with a stove but they don't have vases to be able to use it! We had half-board and were very disappointed for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast very poor and dinner the same! Unfriendly staff and always asking customers to follow the rules!!! 😅 You were not allowed to drink coffee on the beach or eat a fruit except for breakfast! I have never seen so much hatred towards customers in my life! Cleanliness in the outside spaces is a bit poor, as well as in the Kitchen! My child faced enterocolitis and I have seen children with vomiting! The sea and the beach are beautiful!

Hotel was extremely clean and mainly provided what it said but it lacked warmth and there were no personal touches at all. Not even a bottle of water. Rooms were large and functional but very outdated furniture and bathroom and felt very sterile. The balcony was nice though. Breakfast was fine with a selection of food but again a very sterile atmosphere. The whole place could have been a lot more welcoming in terms of environment and staff. There were lots of sun-beds and the beach was right by the hotel. Nice swimming in the sea. The hotel is somewhat isolated . There is a strip of restaurants about 20 mins walk on the sea away where we ate but it was very hot as no shade . We ended up driving.

The Avantis Suites Hotel is a small-scale hotel, quietly situated directly on the beach. Spaceous rooms with large balconies, giving a great view on sea and sunrise. The cosy and hospitable atmosphere make you feel at home. Staff is very attentive and caring, with a personal touch. For the restaurant is only one word: excellent. A pleasure to stay here, a place to come back to.

Very pleasant and clean hotel; the breakfast buffets were extensive and the dinners absolutely delicious! Only a ten-minute walk along the beach to the small town of Eretria with supermarkets and restaurants as well as the ferry to the mainland.
