Ultra-fast fiber internet. 1/3 acre property with fully-fenced backyard. House is cleaned utilizing Eco friendly "Branch Basics" cleaners on surfaces and bedding. Yard is pesticide and chemical free- safe for kids and furry friends. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Trash bins are located on the South side of the house in the backyard. Please place cans out on Sunday night if you are staying until Monday..Dog Waste- Make sure to clean up after your pet. Discard all dog waste into the outside trash bin. A $50 fee will be charged per incident.,Noise- This is a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. This house exceeded our expectations! We were coming to Eugene to visit family, so we only stayed one night, but the house is lovely. So clean, well equipped and comfortable. Huge backyard fully fenced in a wonderful neighborhood with a park right around the corner that we took the kids to.

We loved our 8 day stay! The house is spacious, very clean and it’s a great location. Molly and Clark have many special touches. They made the stay relaxing and easy. Their timely and clear communication was also appreciated.

Comfort for the Marathon weekend
Our trip to Eugene for the marathon was fantastic, and this property was a big part of that! Check-in was a breeze. We loved that the house was in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Inside, everything was spotless and well-equipped for our vacation needs. Hosts Clark and Molly were excellent – their thoughtful check-ins via message really made us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay!

Nice comfortable Eugene/Springfield home
Stayed two nights for our kids regatta in Lowell! The house was perfectly situated in a nice, comfortable neighborhood. Centrally located close to grocery, food, coffee and main avenues. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back to the area.

Comfortable, clean house in very convenient location. Clean house and nice neighborhood. If you are brining a pet, the yard is large and fully fenced. Very much enjoyed stay. Will come back!
