Charming vintage home with lots of natural light and a cozy ambiance. Located right across the street from a great park + dog park. Short 1 min drive to grocery and other shopping. 8 min drive to airport and 20 min to the University of Oregon. Also a short 10 min drive to Fern Ridge Lake. Home has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate families and groups of friends. Please note there is a guesthouse located on the property that is available to rent as well to accommodate for larger groups if needed. Please check out our other listing. Happy guest Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Location was great, communication with owner was great, ease of everything was fantastic. We had a small issue with the door, owner was so quick to respond to my message and make arrangements to rectify the issue. Little things I wasn't expecting were provided, and the overall experience was fantastic!

Home sweet home I truly admire the warm and inviting atmosphere of the home. The way the soft lighting creates a gentle glow, combined with the comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor, makes it feel like a peaceful retreat. Medical/shopping mini vacation Excellent location; easy off the freeway, close to shopping. Well appointed, lots of storage for staying a few days. Bed was good. Wifi, instant access, appreciated Netflix. Back yard secure, good for our two 10 pound poodles.

Comfy and Cute The overall stay was great. The property is located on a super busy road so the road noise was a little loud. The backyard was a little rough so if BBQ'ing and hanging outside is your preference this likely is not the property for you. The house was clean and had all the accommodations you could need/want. Plus there was a vast supply of super soft plushy blankets - A+.
