There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level and the studio apartment located on the basement level serves as the 4th bedroom with a twin trundle bed that converts to a king-size if needed! It is a steeper driveway that slopes downward as you enter the carport. Vehicles that are closer to the ground may bottom out as you go up and over the sidewalk down into the parking space. (A Honda Fit was not able to enter.) With the carport, taller vehicles with cargo racks may not fit underneath the carport. (A 2020 Suburban with NO cargo racks was able to fit!) There is ample street parking surrounding the property but these spaces may become full during certain University of Oregon events.
