Well, choose this property as i have stayed at prior Home 2 suites and have had very good experiences. The room was clean, the wifi worked well. The gym was smaller than most. The laundry room was dismal. Only 2 units worked out of 5. Kinda pricey for the type of equipment. The room was somewhat quiet until they put a family with very active kids above me…that lasted a few days with many complaints. I finally decided to relocate as the property was just too noisy. Take THE top floor or travel with ear plugs.

Overnight stay before flying back out of DFW early the next morning. Fairly new hotel so it’s in good shape. Kitchenette in each room if needed I did not use. Large room with comfortable bed and living area can be separated with a curtain. Water pressure was a little low in the shower and the shower head was not the greatest. Bathroom is on the small side compared when compared to size of room. Would stay again as there is a back way to rental car return without getting on highway so 10 minute drive at most.

We stayed at Home2 for just one night on 01/11/2023 and were in a 1 King Room 337. We had a ok one night stay. Please see below. The location is quite close to DFW. Although they do not have a airport shuttle, it is easy to get to/from via a ride share service. We checked-in with the App and was assigned a room via the app and used that as the room key; therefore, we did not have much experience with the front desk; however, we did have to visit the desk on Thursday morning, because they do not have the fitness center set up to accept the digital key. You really, really should program this as an option. It was really a waste of time to go get a key. The room itself was very clean, efficient, big and great for just two people. Mini Kitchen area complete with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and more. The bathroom was nice and bright. Plenty of space in the room with a large comfortable king bed, nice couch and plenty of sitting and storage areas. Room 337 does face the highway, which can be very loud at times, so if you are sensitive to sound, you should get a room on the other side of the property. Breakfast was quite nice; however, the already short time which ends at 9:30 is cut even shorter, as the food was taken away at 9:15 and the juice machine is shut off as well. That's also not cool. So, overall an ok and quick stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness; however, management should be aware of the shortcomings of simple things such as no digital key in certain places and the cut short breakfast of an already short period of time. I do request that you contact me to discuss this.

Unfortunately, the room type we reserved and confirmed was not available the night we checked in. They had to move us the next morning. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The pool was smaller than it appeared. We did not visit the game area looks fun. The coffee bar in the lobby is very convenient. Everyone that works there was nice and polite. Close and convenient to many places to shop and eat. We will definitely be back.

We reserved a room here in the home 2 suites. When we arrived we found the hotel is split between a home 2 suites and a tru hotel. The desk clerk tells us that the tru side is for people for only one night and the home 2 is for more than one. The room has no couch and is the size of a shoe box. We show the clerk our reservation and it clearly shows that we reserved the home 2 suites and the picture and description both show a large room with a couch etc. The clerk informs us that the home 2 side is sold out and he will let the manager know the next day since it’s late and the manager is off for the day. But he tells us that the rate should be almost half the cost since the tru side is much cheaper and obviously smaller. The next morning we had to check out early due to an early flight out and the mgr isn’t in yet but the girl at the desk tells us the same as the man the night before that there is a good sized difference in the rate due to the size difference in the room. And she’ll let the mgr know. Later in the day we have to then call them back and got the ‘manager’ by the name of John. He says that he will refund us 20 something dollars and says that even though 2 of his employees told us it was more of a difference that they were both wrong. He says that this happens here at this location all the time and that’s all he can do. We feel like if this happens all the time then maybe John isn’t doing his job very well and maybe they should get a manager that can. We will never stay here again and have told and will continue to tell everyone we know to avoid this location at all cost. We saw one other couple in the lobby who said they were dealing with the same situation and they had requested a room with home 2 that was accessible and they got stuck on the tru side also. This place is a scam and has horrible management.
