Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eunice

Stayed here for wedding, back entry did not securely latch. First room had a terrible mildew smell that was overwhelming. Thought it was the whole hotel due to moist climate. Family came in For wedding and there rooms did not smell. Were moved to a second room and my husband was bit up by bedbugs, woke up to them crawling on bed. No trashcan liners and hotel was just very unkempt. Would not stay there ever again changed hotels at 0130 in the morning and had to launder everything and leave everything else in car so we didn’t contaminate new room with bugs. Worst experience I’ve had in 22 yrs of traveling.

Some of the rooms have bedbugs. We had non smoking room and smelled like smoke. Daughter's room smelled like mildew and my brother's room infested with bed bugs

I told them on the 1st night of a 3 night stay that I was only going to stay 2 nights yet they still charged me for 3 nights. I couldn't get a whole of the providers to get my money back. They owe me 1 free night stay.

Was staying here for Mamou Mardi Gras. Only available place to get a room. Would never stay here if I had a better option.

Old property, no attempt to clean any of it. Mud on floors, dried food splatters on hallway walls. Room was fairly clean, linen was clean. Overall poor experience. 2 story property but there is no elevator.

Our Mardi Gras trip Room was clean, bathrooms clean,housekeeping girl was so friendly and helpful. Place has good lighting outside with security cameras. Hotel is 2 floors with stairs, no elevator for anyone handicapped. Not a problem for us,but possibly for someone who is handicapped, so specify downstairs when booking. We enjoyed our stay. We were there for Mardi Gras and met alot of friendly people!!
