Parking area and property is shared with the main house, but there is lots of privacy with a large covered porch that looks out over a veggie garden. Basic amenities provided so that you can focus on experiencing the great outdoors in the nearby state and national parks or any of the other local sightseeing opportunities. It is a very cozy space best suited for a couple or single guest. Or travel with a pet - fully fenced yard provided.Very cozy tucked away spot that's great for listening to the rain under the metal roof over the big porch. Lots of sunlight when the clouds clear which adds to the warmth of the space. Limited amenities, but a kitchenette space and shower stall are provided. The sleeping areas are located upstairs, with one sleeper sofa located off of the dining room on the first floor. Spacious and perfectly spread out for larger groups to unwind and enjoy their own private areas of the house. There is a an en-suite bathroom off of the primary suite as well as ample closet space. In addition, there is another large bathroom upstairs for the other rooms to use, and a large game room with bunk beds meant to maximize occupancy for larger groups.The main house is located on a mostly paved surface, with an adjacent lot next-door that overlooks a redwood gulch area. There is ample parking, and a large outdoor patio just off of the kitchen and family room to make for the perfect flow for indoor/outdoor entertaining.The main floor also has a laundry room with washer and dryer setup, as well as a large dining area that can comfortable seat up to 10 people. A half bathroom is also available downstairs as well as a completely updated kitchen with everything you might need to cook a meal for your group.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire home, excluding the garage where we keep our supplies, etc. There is ample parking in both the driveway and the street. The backyard is private, though, not fully fenced for those bringing furry friends.There is a 5 person hot tub on this property in perfect working order, if you are seeing this in the description, that means that the hot tub is still there, working, and being regularly maintained for your convenience.Other things to note*Cleaning fee is set to $145. We live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of on street parking. There is two houses on the property, but the rental is separately fenced off and has privacy.
