The small bedroom is built for sleeping. It has recessed lighting and sconces and no windows. It also has a small walk-in closet with a full length mirror.Guests have a private entrance and access to the entire space. The wall in the bedroom closet is shared with a small hair salon on E street.The host is available to answer questions by phone/text and lives in same city but not on site.Henderson Center is a family oriented shopping district in Eureka. It has a delightful mix of restaurants, retail, and service businesses - boasting over 100 businesses. It has a local farmer’s market every Thursday from June through October. Bike stores, pet stores, clothing stores, hardware stores and more.There is free available parking in front of the gate where you access the property. We also allow guests to park in a secure garage! It is easiest to get around on foot as you are literally next door to shops and restaurants. The zoo, beaches, and downtown are all a 5-10 minute drive away.The property is accessed through a gate in the alley off Grotto street between D and E streets. It is the only residential home on a street lined with businesses. Security camera outside entry gate in alley for guest safety while entering or parking cars outside.
