No elevator, rough area of town, mold in the bathroom, air freshener hanging on the ac unit, bathroom door hard to open, exhaust vent “screams” when you turn it on. Door lock broken and barely attached to door, carpet felt dirty, staff were friendly but the overall hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

I've stayed at this best western many times. The employees are always so nice, my room is clean for some reason I sleep better here than anywhere else on earth, including my own bed. very quiet. The bed and pillows are perfect for me and the room is well laid out. I always look forward to going back. Thank you to all of the great people who work there!

Very pleased with reception staff friendliness and cooperation. Breakfast was too good. The pool was Very big and Crystal clear water. My kids enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean and well cared for before the second night. THANK YOU!!

Was there 6/15/24 was told I had to put an extra 50 deposit which would be credited back toy card in 7 working days. They check my room upon check out and said everything was perfect. It is now 7/8/24 and I still have not gotten my money credit back to my card. Lady at front desk very rude when I call to inquire about my money.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well..brekfast was too good and pool are also clean.

Great hotel with a hometown feel. Reasonably priced and very clean. The internet work really well and it is fast. The hotel is in a good location and fairly close to the local restaurant's.

Excellent staff and accommodations. Tony and mimi were so supportive. The room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast has so many different treats to choose from. The eating ared is kept very clean.

Upon making the reservation, we asked for a walk in shower. When my husband checked in he asked again. He did not receive the room. My husband has had total hip replacement which makes it hard for him to get in and out of a tub, but he was forced to. He also had knee problems and will soon need knee replacecment. We asked thte guy at the desk to change payment information and he said it would be a charge to do so. Never heard of that before. Needless to say, my husband is a native Ville Platte resident. We had stayed ther many times before, but not again.
