I’m up north this way on business and moving from town to town. Last night I ended up in a town with no place to stay and had to leave this time. I decided to call for a place in Englehart. I could not find the Hotels number directly and after many tries I ended up on trip advisory big mistake. I ended up here and this place is a dump dated smells and the people at the front desk are not very nice unfortunately without a choice because I need to get up early and the room is already paid for. I have no choice but to stay. I lay down in bed. I found myself faced with a massive spider crawling up the bed when I complained at the front desk all she said is, would you like me to come kill it the second time and hung up the phone . Do not stay in this place big mistake

1. The fridge had a rancid smell when I opened it and it was not even plugged in, so I decided not to put my food and beer in there. I only stayed one night, so it's not a huge issue, but still it was disgusting. 2. The outlet for the microwave and the lamp was not working so I had to move it to another outlet to heat up my breakfast. 3. The room door is not accessible from the outside, you have to walk around inside through the hallway, which is not very convenient. 4. I booked through ******* and paid almost $120, which is pretty expensive for a motel. Next time I would just drive right past Englehart and stay somewhere else.

Outdated. Food is disgusting. They make shower with cold water. The rooms smell really bad, I highly sought anyone cleans them. The staff is very rude, especially Khan. They will take your money, but they refuse to help you when you need something. DO NOT STAY HERE!

No screens in windows, air conditioning doesn’t work, toilets don’t flush, no (as in zero) hot water, discriminates against persons with disabilities requiring service animals, carpets are filthy, walls are hole ridden, none of the staff take accountability and either blame each other or the previous guests for any issues in the room. ie. « There is no hot water because the previous guests stayed for two nights and « broke « the hot water « . I mean SERIOUSLY? This place should be condemned

This motel is in bad need of repairs and cleaning. The restaurant is just as bad. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I will not stay here again. It’s dirty and stinky also. Beds were actually good but that’s it. Not recommending this place at all.

Hate writing bad reviews however feel compelled in this case as concerns need to be addressed. Room was a disgrace with peeling paint, filthy carpet( socks were black),holes in walls( 4 holes over the micro wave) dirty chipped tub, stained chair and an overwhelming smell throughout the room!!! The air conditioner was filthy spewing dust etc into the room. Stuck as no other place to stay in surrounding towns. Brought nothing into room and slept in clothes on top of covers.Left at 500am. Does the health department not check motels???

We pulled into the run down parking lot and that should have been a hint about property. Once we checked in, went to our room - in a dimly lit hallway with the room next door full of guys playing cards and playing loud music - should have been second hint. Opened door to a dingy, run down room that felt like being in a sauna. The thermostat on the wall didn't work, the floors were creaky and warped - third clue. We absolutely decided to leave. Once speaking to manager and clerk, they would not give us our credit. They said even though we didn't touch anything in the room they would ABSOLUTELY not give us a credit back to credit card. DON'T STAY THERE!!!!
