The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

We stayed this weekend and 2 weeks ago, this morning we had house keeping knocking on the room door at 10am when check out is 12, this morning waking us up because we had to answer the door when were trying to have a lay in being kid free and all! The same two weeks ago.. knocking on the door when it's only 10am. Annoying when you pay alot of money to stay

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Walking distance to the city centre. Had a really nice sleep, premier inn beds never disappoint. I will definitely come back next year for another holidays with my family. The breakfast is also very good, specially the hash browns

Lovely staff who clearly care. Centrally located. No hotel car park. On street or expensive car parks nearby. Great location, particularly if you are appearing in the Crown Court-happily I wasn’t. Short walk to the Quay which was lovely on a sunny evening.

Got told my reservation was not valid and showed the email and the lady was like sorry I spelt your name wrong and even spelt it to her 3 times! Room was very hot when entered and turned on the fan that they call a/c only goes to 19 ! The bed was okay didn't sleep well very noisy! Out the hotel had local drunks ! The lift was out of order someone was messing around with it! Very expensive over £110 without breakfast worth like £40 ! Needs a refurbish....

Great location. 5 minutes walk into city centre. Clean and very quite and a good breakfast. You can not go wrong with premier inn. Use "just park" app, to get a better deal than the local car parks. We will be back I am sure thanks. Hasta pronto..

Whilst you do always get a comfy bed in Premier Inns, that was the only plus for the one in Exeter city centre! The room smelled awful musty and the windows are locked shut with a ridiculous sticker saying don’t worry there’s plenty of fresh air in the room from the Aircon! Erm… No, fresh air comes from an open window. Check in was a queue because everyone checks in at 3pm. I will not stay at this Premier Inns again and would not recommend it.
