Located on the Exmouth seafront, the Ash Hotel B&B bed and breakfast is around a 5-minute walk from Exmouth Rail Station. Busses can be caught yards from the property, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout.
With views of the town or the coast, rooms are simply decorated with plenty of storage space. Each comes with Freeview TV and facilities for making tea and coffee, as well as a bathroom with toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available on request.
A Continental breakfast is provided in the dining room, which benefits from picturesque sea views. A range of restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes or less on foot.
It is a 10-minute walk to the World of Country Life, where you can see birds of prey and children can walk goats. Phear Park is less than 2 miles from Ash Hotel B&B.

Good location virtually on the sea front. Nearby parking relatively inexpensive. Ash and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Room was quirky and comfortable but small. The bed was small for us. Could have upgraded for extra cost, but we were there just one night. Would have upgraded if we were staying longer. Limited choice for breakfast, but fine. Good value and will be staying again when we next go to Exmouth.

We were unable to travel owing to heavy snow in the North of England. We received excellent and understanding 5* customer service from the owner and we will rebook our holiday at the Ash Hotel when we return to Exmouth. We were looking forward to staying based on the many excellent reviews.

Stayed for one night and the experience was really good. The owner was fantastic and polite. The continental breakfast was reaaly good and the room had a sea view and was excellent . We will be back. Thank you Phil and Linda Rockfish.. Great..

A clean bed and breakfast with a friendly welcome given by the owners. The room met our needs, had a comfortable bed and nice towels with plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was fine and served with a warm smile. Ideal for an overnight visit to the town.

The owners made me feel very special and welcome. This is the second time I've stayed and I've booked in for next year already. I'm very happy with the breakfast as I never eat full English. It's extremely convenient for the sea front and harbour and only a short walk to the town centre.

Fabulous welcome from Ash the owner. We had a large front room with a single and king size bed in, and a sofa. Spotlessly clean in the room. Very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast served with a smile and a good choice from continental to eggs/beans on toast with tea or coffee. We stayed there as there was disabled parking outside on the road, you have to be lucky to get this spot. We ate at the Rock Fish restaurant which is virtually opposite. Brilliant location. Thank you Ash and family.

t advertises as a B&B but they do NOT tell just it’s just a continental breakfast. YOUR advertising should state this as clear as day. Be open and transparent !! The best part of staying in a B&B is waking to to sausages and bacon in the morning. We won’t be visiting… Sadly

This B&B is clean and friendly and very good value indeed. The bed was comfortable, my window had a view of the sea. Good fried eggs on toast for breakfast. Bathroom floor nice photo of moon craters.

The Ash calls itself ‘the friendly B & B’ and it is an accurate description! Very comfortable beds, lovely breakfast room and ample breakfast options. No meat but eggs or beans on toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and all the toast you can eat and all the tea or coffee you could want. All delivered with warmth and charm by the lovely owners. I have enjoyed two stays and will certainly be back when I’m in Exmouth again. Fabulous seafront setting too.
