This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. This was in the top 3 VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed. I really felt at home when I walked in. There was such attention to details. Comfy and cozy. Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot and good water pressure! Close enough to walk into town and see the sights. Ben was very personal and accommodating and quick to respond. Will absolutely stay again on my next trip to Fairbanks!

Nice little apartment
We stayed here our first and last nights in Alaksa. It was great both times. Ben was super accommodating, being able to do a load of laundry was so nice, it's so quiet, SO clean, bathroom amenities were so nice. 10/10 recommend!! The only thing I recommend is bringing eye masks to sleep in as the bedroom doesn't have black out shades and it's never dark in July. :)

Convenient location to airport, super quiet neighborhood, spotless, snacks and bathroom amenities nice addition. Ben was so fast in his responses to me. 10/10 recommend!!

The place was super clean and welcoming. Treats when we arrived were appreciated. My only suggestion for this midwestern gal would be a better window cover in the bedroom. The blinds just needed some help! Very minor issue, but a shade might be better.

Lived up to the discription posted. Located in a older section of town but never felt it was unsafe. The property was well maintained and clean. Nice to have laundry facilities available on site with no extra charge.

Wonderful stay in Fairbanks
This was my first experience with a Vrbo stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spacious and well appointed. There were some snacks and sweets left and I could see that they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Visiting Fairbanks
We had a wonderful stay, check in was super easy and the apartment was very clean. Loved the welcome card, snacks and toiletries. Would definitely recommend!
