Small laundry area with ironing board, and cleaning supplies.There are long term renters in the apartment below, so we ask that you be mindful of parking and noise levels after 10PM. Renters downstairs do have 2 dogs that are friendly, and are always leashed. Just a heads up if you cross paths.Guest accessGuests have access to the second floor of duplex and street parking in front of the duplex.Other things to noteWe've got three kids and know how stressful it is to travel with kiddos. Please let us know if you need any extras to make your stay a little easier.
