This hotel is very nice. It has been updated and is clean. They accept pets which is a plus for us because we always travel will a small Pomeranian. There were 2 items that definitely need improvement. 1- The Buffet Breakfast. The food was good, but the service is absolutely slower than a snail. You cannot order for yourself, the server has to order for you if you want eggs or any hot item. There really is no variety of breakfast items to speak of to serve yourself except for coffee, tea, and fruit. The server was very apologetic but it took us 1-1/2 hours to have breakfast. There were only 3 other tables 1 had already finished 1 was waiting like us to order and us, so it was not a case of over crowding, she kept disappearing to the banquet area, so there was no-one on the buffet floor to greet guests or take their order. We went to the grill area to order breakfast and the cook told us the server had to take our order. We waited about 15 minutes before she appeared, at which time we had to make ourselves known as she completely didn't recognize we were new customers ready to order. We were on vacation but we had our day planned as we were headed to San Francisco to see the sights, this was on a Sunday morning at around 9:15 am so if you're on a tight schedule I suggest you skip the buffet breakfast. 2- The bed in the bedroom was not crisply made as I expect from all Hiltons, wether garden or not. The pillow cases were extremely wrinkled and I thought they had not been changed. I sniffed them out and they were clean. The bed, was not supper stretched out. I would have given this place 5 stars except for the issues mentioned.
