The Overlook Guesthouse is a gated 815 square foot studio plus 276 square foot porch with 1,110 square foot deck (2,201 total sq ft of outdoor/indoor living) with a private driveway completed in 2023. This is a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors including law enforcement officials who are often seen outside washing their vehicles or BBQing with their families. The lot has 24/7 video recording on premises which is monitored to detect unwanted parties/events, and we are available anytime for any issues that may arise.Maximum four guest allowed.
