Hotel is colonial style with very nice grounds. Feels safe with good security measures.

Brilliant experience and lovely staff. I had a great time and would like to come back on my next visit. Very happy with trip.com and Serena hotel . Just wow especially for my special occasion.

Comfortable stay - good location

必須如實的描述一下 1 房間空調壞的，開大風特冷且轟隆隆的巨響，開小風直接停止工作，一晚上沒辦法使用空調。 2 洗臉池下水壞了，水下不去 3 床太小，衹有0.8米，無法容身 4 定了兩個晚上付了兩天的錢，上面的這些問題打算退一晚，價格酒店前台説，不可以退，必須住，攜程跟商家多次商量未果，後來酒店報警，警察局讓我提過各種資料，各種為難。簡直是****。

早餐種類不算特別豐富，泳池，健身配套完善。酒店風格很好，外部環境也不錯。 整體推薦

It’s like stepping into a fairytale castle with the only difference being that the internet works perfectly. Otherwise, it's like traveling back in time. While the interior of the rooms is somewhat outdated, the calm and welcoming atmosphere more than compensates for it.

Comfortable Hotel, Amazing Staff, excellent food. All in all, everything is exceptional in this Hotel. I would recommend everyone to stay here whenever they visit Faisalabad. It is a home away from home. From the warm welcome to the attentive care throughout my visit, every detail was thoughtfully managed.

4 visits to this hotel during 20024. we choose this hotel every time we are in Faisalabad for supplier visits because of good service, comfortable rooms, good atmosphere and good food. recommend dinner in the evening in their outdoor restaurant where you can help yourself to several fresh and exciting dishes. looking forward to the next visit

Ac was only set on fan, it was not cooling. Windows were not openable, you feel like suffocating. Hair dryer was old & not working. Room service charges were so high, with not good taste of food, staffs keeps the tips automatically by not returning the change of bill. For foreigners also alcohol is not served in rooms, guests coming from abroad will has to suffer with this issue as well.

Excellent experience as usual. All the amenities were of a standard. All staff were very accommodative and having pleasant personalities. Always available to support. Would love to come again and again and would recommend the same to All others.

Overall, it was a very good experience of having Hi Tea there. Very good, neat, clean, and beautiful ambience. Next level service from staff. Proper valet and car parking space Variety of mouth watering food. Quality and taste of food is superb Highly recommended

I had an amazing stay at Serena Hotel! The hotel is beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, especially Mr. Muzammil and Mr. Hamza, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

Can't fault this hotel as Start to finish it was luxury! Breakfast was top notch so much to choose and egg station set up. Front desk especially young gentleman Athar was so helpful even told me about a chauffeuring car so was able to hire it lovely professional car so made my business dealing lot easier to travel.
